Depending on the time, if you're early, you can get your pizzas ready in 10 minutes, but if you come during the busy period at 8pm and later, expect to wait for 30 minutes or more. If so, the area is right by the river and has great places to stroll and see, so time will go by fast while waiting. My personal recommendation is the Bosciola. The evening menu at 29€ is a great deal if you are of the indecisive kind : you get a selection of 4 entrées - of which a GOBSMACKINGLY DELICIOUS baby spinach salad with hazelnuts, basil and olive oil, I could have just had a gigantic bowl of it in lieu and place of a meal - a main course (choice of 2 pasta dishes) and dessert. You'll probably be full by the time you've eaten through the entrées, servings are generous and if several of your party are eating the same dish, it will all come as one portion to share, which is actually really nice (my knee-jerk reaction being :'it's MY food'!) and gives the experience a very festive, earthy feel.
