Catherine was extremely attentive and offered sound advice. Our intent was to sell the house years before, with a different agent. Unfortunately we were unable to sell because the timing just wasn't right. We backed out of selling and Catherine immediately filled the vacancy within a couple days with eager renters from her large pool of clientele, preventing us to pay for an unoccupied home. When we were ready to sell again, she advised us when it was a good opportunity to do so. And it was comforting that she was confident in the information she provided us and was with us every step of the way. Selling our very first home was a big step for us. Being new to the process, she answered all our questions, was patient with us, and guided us through each step and eased many of our concerns.
