I consistently heard how our pipes aren't up to code and someone diy'd them. He snaked the drain and was unable to unclog the problem. He then said he would need to cut into our cement flooring to remove the clog and find the breakage in the pipes. The thing is that is not true at all. remove the clog? To then find the breakage? The only drain backing up is that one. He cut into our piping and left a hole in the stack so shit and water comes out. I could not reach them by phone. When I finally got through, they asked to reschedule for the following day. They did not show up again. They did NOT provide me a receipt. Said they would email me one, and did not. I called twice about it, and got nothing. Looks like they are prompt to respond to emergencies where they can likely price gouge, and have no intention of honoring appointments or performing non-emergency work where they can't price gouge. Do not recommend.

Kudos to Bob, Jason and the crew who saved me from a $13,000 sewer repair bill…read more I had a less than reputable estimate from a company on a Sunday afternoon after our sewer backed up. They used a camera in the line and told us that there were two areas that needed replaced and pressured me to sign for an emergency repair which included a water way. On Monday, my insurance company recommended that Precision Plumbing take a look too, they saw no breaks and took the time to do it a second time to explain their findings to me. The culprit was a root or branch in the line which caused the damage and it was covered by insurance. It was fixed Tuesday morning! They were very professional, honest and caring. The owners also stopped by to reassure me that the problems I was led to believe existed were not present, ran the camera again and were very helpful. Thanks again for everything!

Trouble is, with a one piece toilet, you have to change the whole toilet to fix the leak inside the toilet. He was very professional, friendly, and recommended several options. Recently I had a major issue with sewage backing up into my basement from my septic tank. After he was unsuccessful attempting to clear the clog, he and his helper, Tyler, had to dig out and replace the clogged pipes under the basement floor, backfill with gravel, then pour new concrete. It was a nightmare issue but they handled it professionally. When they were done, I found that the powder room toilet in the basement was also clogged, and Jerry came back and fixed it at no additional charge. They cleaned up after themselves and were courteous and friendly. I will always call Jerry when I need plumbing repairs!
