He provided a temporary fix to the refrigerator and stated exactly what steps he was taking, and parts he was ordering for the repair. The parts came in one day earlier than he estimated, which in turn Jessie made the repair one day earlier than he initially indicated. Jessie was quick, neat, well mannered and knowledgeable. I contacted IS about bill for installation when it was not received. At this time 2 original technicians came to my business, 1 causing a scene. Stated they would "simply increase the bill to accommodate for the sprinkler repairs". Which is what they did. Refused to turn in to their insurance. BEWARE! If you hire someone who does damage, their insurance is responsible according to the law. Attorney fees were higher than the amount in question, so basically they get away billing this way! No honesty or integrity with this company. I would not recommend them for that reason alone.

(We put it by the street at 5 am this morning--which is 6-7 hours before their pickup time.) The man on the phone, the one who always answers, told me I was lying because if it had been out, it would have been picked up. I said--why would I lie about it? We just need our trash picked up and can't wait until Monday. He said, "I don't believe my dad would lie, either." Morgan's Disposal is no longer our trash pickup. And clearly doesn't care, because I was "lying." Wow. Also, as soon as I told them we were changing trash pickup companies, they picked up that trash within the hour. You should NOT do business with this company! I have been a customer for 10 years, and have admittedly missed pickup day and paid extra for them to get our trash when it was our fault. I have never been treated worse over the phone or had to say so loudly: I AM NOT LYING. Do yourself a favor and avoid Morgan's. I wish I could give 0 stars. Seriously. ZERO.
