This small unassuming restaurant seems a favourite of Chinese expats or French-Chinese families - always great sign of a restaurant's authenticity. I ordered the wok of tofu (another rare sight in bordeaux) and leeks on rice. It was absolutely amazing the friendly staff even made a few suggestions when I asked for help with the menu.
