The regular Cinepolis has regular seating arrangements, and you have to buy your food and drinks at the concession stands outside. The cleanliness here isn't bad at all, and it is rather safe. I've been to this one before and it isn't bad. However, much how I'm used to going to iPic theaters back home, I like getting similar treatment when I travel. The VIP Cinepolis will give you just that. The chairs recline, and you get a pillow and blanket to keep you warm. You can order food, drinks (both alcoholic and virgin), and snacks right from your seat. The attendants there are good with service, and the place is clean. Whichever option you pick, you'll have a great movie-going experience here.

Wax figures are outdated and pretty old, but I like how they give a description for most figure they have. It gives you a bit of Mexican culture. You find out a little about who they were and what they did. I really enjoy their small horror section. I really do hope that one day they add a small story in the descriptive part or possibly add some eerie music. The creaky floor is a good effect. Adding a small gift shop with keychains or magnets would be nice also. I do love the small ticket they give you, that's usually my take home souvenir. They have bathrooms in there they're pretty clean. Staff was friendly as well. I say it takes about 15 to 20 minutes to do the full museum like I mentioned it's small. It's located inside the mall and there is ample parking at the mall parking lot. Upon walking up there was no one working the ticket counter but after a brief wait we were asked what movie we wanted to see and purchased our tickets. It looked as though they were a bit understaffed because the person at the ticket counter then had to run behind the snack counter to help another customer. They have comfortable chairs but it smelled a bit mildewy when we walked in the theater. It could have been because it was the first showing of the day and the air conditioning had been off. The smell went away pretty quickly and the sound and picture were great.

It's located a bit further into the plaza whereas the regular Cinepolis is located right at the entrance. I think it's safe to say I've been here over 50 times. At one point in my life I used to watch a movie here twice every month. The workers are all so friendly and helpful. There's a nice lounge near the concession area that you can use if while you're waiting for your viewing room to open up. They have a menu that's exclusive to the VIP theatre. If you're running late and didn't have time to stop at the concession stand, you're able to order directly from your seat within the viewing room. It's usually pretty clean and I've never had a problem getting my tickets. The reclining chairs are comfortable, and while I rarely consume alcoholic beverages in movie theaters, I think it's great that they have the option for those that do. The crepes are my favorite snack. My favorite is blackberry jam with cream cheese.
