So far I've enjoyed every Pizza from Perfect Pizza whether it be a 'Create Your Own' or standard…read morevariant. There are a good range of standard pizzas with a variety of toppings, including those suitable for vegetarians. All of the pizzas are a good size, the toppings are always plentiful & there are a good selection of bases & crusts to choose from (the stuffed cheese crust is brilliant!). The staff are friendly & always helpful in relaying the latest offers or any other information that may be of interest, delivery is always in line with their estimations. Most importantly the Pizza's always arrive hot! I would give it 5 stars but the chicken breast/wings selection have tasted a bit dubious once or twice.

That said, he always managed to find something to eat that pleased his taste buds, and even now, nine or ten years later, we might still be found in a Pizza Hut 'for old time's sake'. Because the truth is, gastronomic connoisseur or not, Pizza Hut can definitely cater to anyone who is a self-proclaimed 'foodie' aka food lover extraordinaire. Pizza Hut has expanded so much since I started dining there when I was but a wee kid. Horizons have broadened beyond the typical pizza, garlic bread and ice cream factory. Oh yes. Now the menu is filled with exciting toppings, different bases, different crusts, pasta and salads with a decent selection of desserts to boot. AND these are all available for take-away, including the salad bar. So lick your lips and get stuck in. I'm a big fan of the salad bar, and was heartily upset when it was taken off the starter menu, and placed onto the main course menu at a higher price. However, Pizza Hut have redeemed themselves in my esteem, with their new offer: unlimited salad free with ANY main course. Phwoar that makes me a very happy diner indeed. Further money-friendly offers include the weekday buffet, available until 3pm, where you can fill your belly with as much pizza, pasta and salad as you like for £6.99 adult or £3.99 child. Plus, on weekdays between 3pm and 5pm it is Happy Hour, which is even more bargainous still. Choose between pizza and pasta, then accompany it with salad, a side dish and a drink, all for £5 - positively mouth watering. For those low on cash Pizza Hut is a fantastic fail-safe which allows you to have a tasty meal out, without damage to your wallet. And that's why I keep going back. Furthermore, it's incredibly family friendly with great options for the kids too. So having said all that, I feel a bit cruel giving this Telford branch just three stars. But the reality is, despite all the offers and the brilliant menu, I'm just not sure this branch is up to scratch. I'm not sure if I've just been unlucky to go when they're understaffed, or whether they need to put more staff on at peak times, but it can be very difficult to get service here sometimes. I remember once...I had been seated for over half an hour before someone even took my drink order. Plus there always seems to be at least one toilet in the ladies which is out of order - is it really that difficult to keep three toilets up and running? Apparently so. However there is ample parking space here, and the staff turn out to be very helpful and friendly once they actually have time to get to you.

The food is often cold because the staff prefer to stand around talking rather than bringing it to you. Avoid the pasta because it doesn't taste too good after it has been hanging around for 20 minutes! Also avoid the salad bar, children put their hands into it rather than use the tongs! Not a place to go if you want a quiet meal, they often have large parties in and the noise levels go through the roof. There are often very naughty children in there, running around and screaming, although that has to be the fault of the parents for not keeping them in check. It's worth asking for a table in a quieter corner.

I'm also someone who isn't particularly fond of Italian food unless it's truly amazing. I liked Bella italia when I was 14 and thought I was really big going on dates with my high school sweetheart, but I quickly went off it (the one in our town wasn't great, and closed down) we sat at 8.10 with Star Wars at 9, so I was a bit worried. It was quite busy with Christmas parties, and the staff were friendly and accomodating. They chatted at the pass quite a lot, but that really did only seem to be when there wasn't food to cart. I don't really like pizza either, unless I've made it at home or I've had one too many Ona night out- and that's always a Bolognese pizza- which they had! So although I didn't have a sniff of alcohol in me, that's hat I plumped forand it was actually pretty good. My brother had carbonara, which he dessimated, and a sharing basket of bread, which was actually huge. The bread sticks were just bread sticks, but the dough balls were pretty good. All in all, it's not amazing, but it's certainly one of the better options down the street of chains...

Personally I like the Hong Kong Phooey which has hoi sin sauce and chinese chicken on the toppings but they do some great toppings with seafood and classics like hawaiian and farmhouse too. It is a shame they dont deliver and you have to collect or I am sure they would probably compete with the chains of Telford. Usually busy as the pubs kick out on a weekend, the guy who runs it / works in there is always friendly and welcoming.
