This is for the Shelton Dominos Pizza parlor. What a dump. Every time we order, it is the same garbage, hardly any toppings & never any REAL SEASONING. These chains are a joke & DO NOT KNOW Italian Cooking. We have to add our own seasoning & toppings because they always short us on them. Today we confronted the little, short guy in there about this & instead of taking care of us & making things right, he kept arguing we are wrong & that customer satisfaction does not mean anything to him, only his store numbers do & that he has been doing this for 5 years. It may be an anomaly, but nearly four years later I tasted some (Shelton) Domino's pizza that was actually pretty tasty. WTH? I was part of a work party, constructing a fence for a family member. Said family member ordered eight different pizzas from Domino's to satiate the troops for lunch. I had slices from three different pizzas and was actually quite satisfied with the construction, toppings, crust thoroughness and overall taste. Again, WTH? Also ordered were four of their 'cheesy breads' that also met the above standards. MY favorite was the Bacon & Jalapeno Stuffed Cheesy Bread - BURP! I really can't say why, as I don't think it was due to being overworked, dehydrated and/or starving. I actually enjoyed the slices I consumed! The next day I even had a couple more slices for that day's lunch. Again, hopefully this experience was not an anomaly and they have stepped up their game and will continue to do so. I have lived on John's Prairie Rd, in Shelton, for 30 years. This was the first pizza place to deliver where I lived, and until 2019, they were amazing. Infact, even at that point, they were still okay. But come 2021, not one order, not one, has been right. This time, half cooked pizzas. Not one, oh no. Not one, but 4 half raw pizzas. Forgetting my daughter's pizza routinely, it must be a fan favorite among the employees. Oh, and my favorite delivering the wrong order, twice to my house, in the matter of an hour. Very impressed with this dominos location. Consistently fast, hot, and great always. I've never had a bad pizza here - the only mistake was a variation I ended up liking so much it's now my primary order. Curbside pickup is awesome. Staff are friendly and professional. I'm not a usually dominos regular but this location sold me on the brand. By the way, prices are great given the promotions and quantity of food (you'll never go hungry eating at Dominos). read more

I have lived in town now for over a year. I have read some of the reviews. Remember this is Domino. The pizza is good for what it is. The delivery folks have always been friendly, sometimes delayed. The pizza has always been hot upon delivery. Just have to remember no matter how many times I have asked for my thin crust to be cut in pizza slices they always forget and cut it in squares. Never again!! I walked in there today to pick up a large order for a birthday party and was told that it would be under a certain name. When I gave them the information, the guy at the front desk said we do not have an order in that name and read me off a few names for orders. I always hesitate with Domino's tbh. It's pretty hit and miss for me. But, after a long day of fun I just wanted a fast and cheap dinner for three tired and hungry kids. The pizza was good. Not greasy, great amount of sauce and toppings and the bread bites were yummy. Nice and soft. Pizza was ready in like 15 mins. I don't typically write reviews for chain restaurants but I thought this Dominoes did a fantastic job! I called in my order as we were passing through Shelton and just wanted to eat pizza on the road. It was ready exactly when they said it would be and it was hot, delicious, and reasonable. The chicken bacon ranch was to die for. The pepperoni was plentiful on the pepperoni pizza and the gal even left one slice with just cheese for my preschooler. Super nice. They lost one star because they don't offer paper plates and because their single drink/bottle prices were very expensive. Gal working was super nice and let my kids use the bathroom. Really not a huge fan of take-out pizza, since I can make a fab pizza at home. Just didn't feel like cooking tonight so we ordered from Domino's and we have in the past and been pleased enough, this after giving up on Pizza Hut's quality and service. So we got the wrong pizza and called immediately to report it and stated that we would send this one back and wanted what we ordered. The "manager," stated we'll get another one out to you in about 20 mins. It got here in 13 mins. which was suspicious and once we opened it we got the original pizza that was who knows where. The box was greased soak from sitting so long and it was room temperature. REALLY, you failed on all levels, we should have been brought the pizza we ordered as in a fresh, hot one. Domino's Pizza is not too bad since they have improved the tomato sauce in 2010. It's cheap and the delivery service is great. You can place your order online on a smart phone, Ipod touch, labtop/desktop computer and other internet capable devices. For me ordering online is more efficient, because you can see the current specials, and view the tracker to see the progress of your order. Now, Domino's Pizza is not my favorite, but the selection in town is limited and this place sufficient. read more

The local store, (not a hair net was seen on any employee, or gloves used in handling food) took a gluten free crust (GF), and with hands that have been handling gluten products all day, without gloves, and throw the GF crust into a pile of what looked to be semolina flour, (gluten), which instantly made the GF crust NO LONGER GF. Then they put sauce and cheese on the now NOT GF crust out of containers that were completely contaminated with gluten, using unclean, un gloved hands contaminated with gluten, using utensils contaminated with gluten, put on gluten contaminated "pans". Your disclaimer, with this level of intentional gluten contamination, is void of any meaning. Your disclaimer of the presence of gluten products is meant to mean incidental gluten contamination, (airborne wheat flour, minor contact with gluten, etc.) not the intentional contamination I witnessed. Claim of GF crust is a LIE. Employee appearance was AWFUL. An employee, returning from smoking outside, returned to work and started preparing food WITHOUT WASHING or using gloves. Sooooo disappointing. It's hot. I don't want to cook or do dishes, but we all want a real meal. Pizza seems like a great idea. Instead of pizza, sadly we chose to go to Domino's in Shelton, WA where we paid a good deal of money for a poor excuse for pizza. We ordered a "deal" that included 2 extra large 2 topping pizzas, boneless chicken, stuffed cheesy bread, and a 2 liter bottle of soda. The pizza: We ordered regular sauce. I think they carefully measured out a teaspoon of sauce and haphazardly spread it around the crust. Ordered extra cheese... at least 20% of both pizzas are completely free of cheese. The toppings are VERY sparse. Essentially, we got fresh baked bread. The boneless chicken pieces look like they ordered some chicken nuggets from Burger King and put 4 of them in a box. We selected ranch sauce for dipping, but it's not in evidence. The cheesy bread used to be fantastic. Now it's just a big hunk of bread with over cooked cheese on the top. So far, no one has located any cheese inside it. The soda was nice and cold. We'll probably drink that, but I will probably feed the pizza to the dogs. We have been buying pizzas for delivery for years from our local Dominos and they have all been great. We do have for extra sauce no matter what kind and that might make the difference. We have had many friends over who have stated they are not Dominos fans only to end up how good the pizza we ordered was. Tonight I had the worse experience with the domino's in downtown Shelton, WA. I ordered online for carryout, and when I got there, they had informed me, that I had already picked up my pizza. Which I hadn't. I have very distinctive bright pink and purple hair, I think you would remember me coming in to grab my order. And then when I informed your employer that I hadn't picked up my order, he started to argue with me, and yelling at me, until he turned red in the face. Lovely customer service by the way. I applaud how you train your employees. And after me telling them I hadn't and that they needed to make my order, this employee then insisted that I pay for my order I was having them make since they gave my order away, and told me that I also needed to pay for the order that I had already "picked" up.. now that seems strange to me, wouldn't whoever picked it up have payed.? After a long argument and much time and trouble that I didn't want nor need to go through, I got my order, but only after experiencing the worse customer service I could have ever had.
