This place is definitely not fast food, took nearly 15 minutes just to get a burger and fries. I was expecting it to be phenomenal after waiting so long, but the burger was very plain and had very little flavor. And the fries were undercooked, they weren't crispy at all. The prices are good, but I really don't think I would waste my time coming back here again.

Went today to treat my kids to some pizza. Figured it might be a bit busy since school was out, but…read moreonly about half the tables were filled. We stood in the doorway almost 5 mins before the waiter noticed us and led us to a table. Then we sat there for another full 5 mins and were getting ready to leave when another waitress walked up and asked if we'd been helped. I told her no, and we were ready to leave. She apologized and took our order, so we decided to give them a chance. I don't know why we bothered. It was another 5 mins before she showed up with our drinks. I got the buffet and both kids got personal pan pizzas. I had to ask for a plate for the salad bar, and it was a pretty sad sight. The cucumbers were either frozen or mushy, they hadn't re-filled the tomatoes and there were no carrots left, either. The french dressing was really gross looking, it was chunky, so I wasn't touching that. Basically, it was pretty much lacking in everything. Once I sat down, I tried 3 times to get the waitress' attention since she hadn't given us silverware. She kept apologizing, but the service didn't get any better. The other waiter brought my kids' pizzas, and one was wrong, it was supposed to be cheese, it was pepperoni. My 6 yr old wasn't pleased, but we just pulled it off, because by this time she was starving and I wasn't waiting any longer. I would have gotten her a piece from the buffet but they didn't have any plain cheese. Waitress came over to apologize for the pizza mistake but didn't offer to correct the issue. The pizza bar was okay, they had several different types of pizza and one pasta, with some breadsticks, which could have been a little hotter. Not much attention from the waitress. She came by and brought soda once, and asked if we needed anything, but that was it. She brought the check but I didn't see her after that. They were all standing in the back talking while other diners were looking for them or complaining they hadn't gotten silverware, drinks, etc. We left the money on the table and I stood there a minute trying to get her attention, but it was on someone else in the back from what I could see. The food wasn't bad, but I think we'll stick to take out. The service is incredibly lacking with no attention to any detail. All in all, not a great experience, and we won't be back.

The lady, as usual, was very nice but the atmosphere was questionable as 'Leprechaun' was playing on the TV (a slash and dash horror movie) and 4 working class men at the bar which is fine but they were loud and they sat us right next to them when the whole place was empty. For those that say, 'I should have asked' is a kin to me having to ask for good service. I won't 'ask' for good service. If i have to ask it's already a negative experience. The Stromboli was impossible to cut and lacked in cheese. I had one good bite on my half (my wife and I shared). Good portion... of very poor stromboli. I will not be going there again unfortunately. Not worth the risk any longer with prices as they are. Sweet tea was good though. That night my wife and I had a small tiff about picking a dive for our 'date'. Not making this mistake again. Need consistent food quality and atmosphere.
