My husband and I ordered a half n half pizza and an Alfredo bread bowl. First of all the pizza came out how we wanted, but it looked like slop. The toppings were uneven and the sauce was slapped on, but it was good. Second, our bread bowl was not cooked. The dough was on the inside with cooked pasta on top to cover it up The outer crust looked cooked, but it wasn't cooked at all. Please for the love of god, someone send help to this location. So I ordered 2 large pizzas and other stuff as I often do a few times a month. I pick up my order at pickup window and head home . I get home set down to eat and the pizzas I ordered are not what I had gotten. One pizza had only 4 of the 7 toppings I had ordered and the other pizza was missing two toppings I had ordered then it had a large amount of mushrooms and hot peppers so much it was nasty. I call the store the boy rudely put me on hold said he was getting mgr 19.18 nearly 20 min and I'm still on hold. Do not order from Dominos if you want your correct order. Food is ok when the order is correct, but it almost never is. I was told they would credit my account for the slop I was given last time that I was not given my correct order. When I called back to redeem my credit, they told me that they didn't have any credit noted. So basically I paid 40 bucks for some disgusting food that I threw out most of. Why why why! read more

Last weekend I ordered pizza for my work family and halfway through eating one of my coworkers screams because there was a dead cockroach in the corner of the pizza box. I called up there and got a manager named charity, she started telling me that the cockroach came from my house , I said well I work in a sterile office and you delivered to us so how it is my fault. I went down there to show her the cockroach where she insists that I leave the premises and then some guy starts telling me I better get off of his property that he is the owner. Do not order from this place. They should be shut down for health code violations ( which I did call and take pictures of the box and cockroach) as well as the management ( charity) being a horrible excuse of a human and needs to lose her job for saying the roaches were my fault and must of come from my home even though they delivered straight to our office and then to tell me I need to leave the premises when I go down there to show her the box and roach she starts telling me to leave the premises, all the way down to the owner. This is a disgusting facility and it is being ran by equally disgusting management. I hope they get shit down and fined read more

We got a New York Pizza last night and it was the worse pizza I've ever had. It looked like it had been cooked a couple of days ago. I called them and told them to credit my credit card back - it was that bad. We will never order another pizza from them. We've tried them before a few years back and it was terrible. Orderd 3 pizzas all came out wring .we hot home which we live almost to Missouri and noticed it had all the toppings wrong all the crust were wrong so I called to let them know .they took our order again and we drove all the way back to the store and we got in the car and all 3 pizzas were wrong once again we will not be back .service was nice ,clean place but how do you get the order wrong twice it's just frustrating. read more

This Dominos management staff is lousy, rude, and still doesn't get your order right. We had ordered a pizza and they messed it up so I called corporate. We got a 20 dollar coupon for our troubles and so we gave them another shot. That was a mistake as the pizza was cold and the wings were mushy and flavorless. Fast and accurate. It was done in like 20minutes and no sauces missing we ordered from the app and did a pickup, not delivery.

I so wish it had the option to post 0 stars. Called the store on a Thursday night to order a pizza and was immediately put on hold and then 5 minutes later hung up on. I called 6 more times with the same thing happening every time. Do not waste your time with this store, call somewhere else. Never again will I order a pizza from Domino's. read more

Literally awful. I would give 0 stars if I could. We were confused whenever it took 30 minutes AFTER it said it already left the restaurant (45 minutes total at this point) so we called and they made excuses saying they were sooooo busy and it'd be there soon. Almost 30 minutes later and nothing so we called them letting them know that nothing has changed and they insisted the driver would be there soon but after wanting better answers they started saying that the driver tried to call us several times and eventually found out he wasn't even close to our neighborhood, in fact was across town, even though they kept repeating our address back to us with no problem. Didn't seem to care at all about making us wait and were rude when we asked for a refund. Rude and terrible service. read more
