Shahi paneer, Chana massala, Butter chicken, Raita, veg samosas with tamarind sauce and green chutney, and Gulab jamun for dessert. Indeed, it has become a stopping point when returning from Red Deer, like a few days ago when we tried new dishes: Palak paneer and Butter prawn amongst others. A friend of mine in Toronto had been a former chef for Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi and had opened a restaurant in Austria before opening one in Toronto.
