Also, having someone to seat tables is a better idea than having customers try to seat themselves in a crowded restaurant. You can have smaller groups at smaller tables like it should be instead of people just taking whatever they can grab. I will add the food was flavorful. There was several dishes with added sugar and it was to be expected for a buffet. I wont judge harshly because they were working hard and it is very hard opening a new restaurant. I used to drive down from Kansas City and bring it back home to family for special occasions it was that good!
