Wow, I had forgotten how good Hand pan with pepperoni, pineapple and Italian sausage tasted! First time in Needles California but dozens of hand pan pizzas in my lifetime. Customer service was good and pizza fantastic. Only issue was waiting time and my cellular service. I couldn't use the app because of connection so I had to go inside. No customers and not too many employees, I ordered and was told it would be 30 minutes, ouch! My local Domino's is 15 minutes. Otherwise I was a happy camper. read more

I called like 20 times for the phone to just keep ringing. I stepped outside and their delivery guy was literally at my hotel. "Can I order?" "No, you have to call" Literally the worst Dominos experience had in 29 states. I walked to Jack in the Box from Motel 6 right in front of their delivery driver last night because they couldn't even get me a pizza. I ordered pineapple pizzas on Friday, December 4, 2020 and was handed pepperonis. When I asked the crew member or manager a female named TRUE to kindly give me the Pineapple I ordered, she insisted that I had ordered pepperoni and said she repeated it back to me on the phone. Which is not true because I would have corrected her. She was rude in the store and rude again when I came back to pick up my pineapple pizzas. I gave the pizzas back and requested a refund. True also made negative comments about my 12-year-old grandson who merely repeated what I said that we ordered pineapple not pepperoni. I won't go back if true is working, if I go back at all. I have never been treated this way in over 10 years. Highly disappointed and unprofessional store. read more

For an international pizza chain, Domino's in general isn't my top pick; however, this location has always pleased me in terms of quality and value. I only pick up my order, as I like the large 3 topping for $8 which is carry out only. I highly recommend ordering remotely, and plan to arrive about 15-20 minutes from the time the order was placed (assuming standard sized order). My fave is parmesan garlic sauce (white) with bacon, chicken, and jalapeños. If that sounds up your alley I highly recommend it. The new deep dish pizzas are also really good, but they only come in medium; you can get them for $6.99 each with 2 toppings using the "2 or more for $5.99" coupon and you can also use that one with delivery. read more

Got the Brooklyn style extravaganza with garlic knots, and it did not disappoint. Ordered online 2 pizzas and a large sprite and was told the total was around $20, went to the store to pick up my order and was told that they were out of their large sprites, and then got told my total was $40. How tf it go from $20 to $40 after losing an item. I then went home and tried calling in where i was yelled at and simply told to "order online", they then hung up without even letting me get a word in. This is by far the worst dominos when it comes to customer service. Tried calling an order for delivery to a business establishment and they wouldn't deliver because I'm not within their range. I'm literally up the street 6.9 miles away. How is that out of range? Willing to pre pay the pizza and the employees are not even willing to try and help me out and sound like they just want me to hang up the phone and stop wasting their time. Apparently their range is small. Steer clear of this restaurant and maybe opt for River City Pizza instead. read more

Zero stars they called directly after I placed my order mins before midnight to confirm it then told me that it would be 50- 60 mins to which I inquired why it would be so long then his snotty reply was "because there are other people in front of you" to which I canceled the order his tone was all wrong he had NO customer service skills... I used yelp to help me order. Clicked on the order option and found multiple coupons. I wanted to use two separate coupons but the online options wasn't cooperating so I called and was placed on hold for a few minutes and then the lady that picked up was great. Understood I wanted to use a second coupon and helped me out she was very cheery and seemed to be in a good mood. She added on my last pizza and let me know it would all be ready in about 15 minutes. I arrived at about 20 minutes after I called and my pizza was just coming out. I got a large 3 topping a medium 2 topping cheesy bread and a side of marinara sauce all for $22 and change. The pizza was rite and all tasted awesome. Only negative was when I went to pick up the lady who rang me up wasn't as cheery..but she was decent. read more

Dominos in Needles CA is one of the best Dominos I have ordered from. Ordered online used special Med 2 topping pizza's, Stuffed cheesy bread etc and found that it was so simple. I have noticed that sometimes they do forget to bring my sauces but always go back and get them for me and deliver them to my door, I find that to be amazing costumer service. They always have my orders ready and delivered in no time. They delivery drivers are always friendly and smiling. The pizza is always great, love the garlic butter they put on the crust. The stuffed cheesy bread is one of our favorites but my absolute favorite one is the Jalapeno bacon stuffed cheesy bread. I also like their parmesan bread bites are excellent as well. The Dominos in Needles, CA has the worst customer service I've ever seen at a Dominos. I love the online app, but "make your own pizza" is too difficult for the staff to handle in Needles. When my pizza arrived late, it was also wrong. Being the mom of a 1 and 3 year old makes it difficult to hop in the car and drive to have it fixed. So i picked up the phone. Not only was I put on hold for over 15 minutes, the manager got on the phone told me my pizza was correct (the box said it had olives and pineapples, but there were none. My 3 year old will not eat a pizza without them.), then that my pizza was too complicated and hung up on me. I am very offended by the rude treatment they give frequent return customers. Just ordered a pizza on-line from this place; I just don't think I can do the Domino's anymore this is the second time I've had a substandard pizza from a Domino's in the past two weeks. The last good, in fact , excellent one was in Mesquite in Eastern Nevada last August. Here in Needles I opted for their 2 pizza special. I checked them out upon delivery and I could see they were saving on the toppings; I let it slide . However, when I bit into a slice it was so salty I couldn't eat but a couple of slices out of sheer hunger. The rest is on the top of the fridge in my room ! Should I take it back in the am with a comment/complaint ? I don't know ! It seems these Domino's pizza businesses are all about a quick buck and no quality control whatsoever !
