This trip was another that was around my birthday week last month and part of the eclectic dining we had. Even though this trip I only redeem 20 Domino's points for a drink, the staff was still very nice to my husband and I and brought us our drink selection out to the car. I hardly ever remember to redeem points, then they expire and are dust in the wind, so for me to remember to use them was a big thing for me. Now we have to build up more points for the next round. Staff very rude. The owner told me to go somewhere else if I didn't like product and service, product was wrong and service inc. mgt./ownership could care less that they had a lousy overall product. Ohhhhh, Pizza Hut just 2 blocks +/- down the road. I'm visiting from out of town, at a hotel, at 11:27pm hungry.. called dominos, got transferred to the store person. At this point I was thinking it would be hit or miss for if they said it was too late or too close to closing time and that they stopped making food for the night... but instead she asks if I wanted to place an order for pick up or delivery. I continue to say delivery and she replied oh this store is closed for delivery.... Okkkk so can I place and order for pick up? ... no this store is closed for pick up as well... she mentioned how the store closes at 10:30... but she was just talking to me at 11:28 and asked if I was wanting delivery or pick up... all I can say is I'm extremely dissatisfied with how incredibly stupid this exchange was. By far the most ignorant people I have ever met. Ignorance is not an insult is bc they know no better. My gf order an online pizza for me as a surprise for my upcoming birthday. I haven't been staying at my address bc of electrical issues. However they took $120.00 worth of pizza to my address. I wasn't there and instead of contacting me by phone which I have ordered from numerous times they take the pizza back to their business and throw it in the trash. When approaching the first manager he was more concerned with telling me he could redo the order to get me out of the way and going to smoke his cigarette or whatever then actually paying attention to my problem. Second manager actually listened but still didn't understand. When I asked for cooperate number I was told to get online and go to newvision.com that went nowhere then directed to call 800 domino's which was a dead end as well. As leaving the store I asked for store manager and she told me to make a complaint and it would get directed back to her. This place is by far the lousiest business for customer service I have ever dealt with. I suggest if looking for pizza you go else where. I will NEVER order from this Dominos again as long as the current staff is there. My daughter literally got sick and had to go to the emergency room because one of the delivery drivers, robert, did unspeakable things to my daughters pizza and instructed the rest of the staff to ensure that her pizza was delivered last. He also bragged and said his manager would cover for him. I have proof. I wasn't home when she ordered it or I would not have allowed her to order from there. He doesn't like my family, needless to say, there is no sense in doing unspeakable act to a child's food. My daughter could have gotten alot sicker or even worse. read more

Usually I get pretty good service, this last time is an exception! My food was on time but they forgot to write down my penthouse number! I ordered delivery from this place for over seven years now off and on, they have sweet deals that are a excellent when logging into either the app or website. Make sure you use one coupon it will save you some money, it usually pays for their delivery charge! read more

After seeing their new commercials slamming delivery companies, I will NEVER buy from Dominos again. The businesses that want their food delivered have two choices. They can either pay a fair rate for a company to do their job and hire drivers, or they can hire the drivers themselves. I guarantee you that the reason they use delivery services is that it is cheaper than hiring a driver. You can't get something for nothing and these companies need to learn that. As I read my card number the guy told me to "fucking slow down..." and then preceded to yell at me then hang up after not telling me how much he charged me. When I called back they said they could not tell me who I spoke with.. and hung up again. Finally got ahold of the loser who is running the place and he didn't once apologize. If u don't want to wait more than 30 mininutes for a pizza delivery, make sure u go to dominos. They have the best deals, hottest pizza, fast& good service! I love the app on my phone. I can press reorder last order& it's on its way. They have a tracking device that lets u know when the pizza goes in,out& when it's being delivered. read more
