I ordered a pizza for delivery. I got an email saying it was delivered, but hadn't gotten it. Turns out that I fat fingered the address. ‍ called the store not realizing that I put in the incorrect address. Only reason I'm giving it a two is because their manager owned the issue and is fixing it. My daughter and her friend wanted pizza. Her friend is sensitive to gluten which is why we ordered from there. These are the pizzas we received, oh and the gluten free isn't even gluten free. Thank goodness she knows what the crust is supposed to look like because it could have caused her to get sick. That is irresponsible of the restaurant and ridiculous to send pizzas out people in this condition. This is why we don't usually order Dominos. I only give this a 5 star if you order the best takeout pizza around these parts. Get the Philly and steak pizza. Light peppers, light onion, if you like it hot add jalapeños at least on half for those that can't take da heat. The key here is to add extra shredded provolone. Ordered their carry out special 1 large 2 topping pizza for $5.99. My order is right on my phone, so why in the world did you try to say I owed you $9.00??????? The cashier stated she was giving me a better deal. A 3 topping pizza. I didnt order 3 toppings so why would I pay for st something I didn't get???? Poorest customer service I've seen or experienced in years. The last time I picked up my order and the female behind the counter made me wait to cash out because she didn't want anyone else using her drawer even though I was using a card to pay. Then she insisted on manually entering the number because she felt more comfortable with that. I blew it off at the time and moved on. Tonight we call and attempt to order for delivery and we are told we are to far out. After we explained they have delivered here for years and the manager pulling up our history, which shows they have delivered here almost weekly, the manager still insists we are to far out. Apparently 6 miles is now to far! Not sure if it is crazy or lazy, but either way we are done with this location. So typically the family will get their pizza and I stick with frozen pizza because I am disappointed more often than not. Typically my pizza is undercooked so I preheat the oven when I do get it. Today they sent the wrong pizza and so I called and they said they were going to send another one out. After nearly an hour I received my pizza and I am quite sure they found the initial pizza I ordered and just used that. It was dry and cold and again this tells me why I shouldn't order from them. read more

First our driver dropped our pizza.. so he had to return to the store to get us a new one. He leaves, I go check out my pasta order- it is incorrect. I called the store and spoke to the manager to have them fix that as well. They send someone out with my pizza and a brand new pasta (pictured on post) which looks like half-filled absolute burnt garbage which is also weird because it was cold when it got here.. and the driver requested I send back the incorrect pasta with him back to the store for his manager to check out? Used to be good when they were in the old building, now not so much. I ordered through the app. Tracker said pizza was ready. Got there 5 min later and only my pizza was done. Girl whispered to the manager in the back and then I was told it wasn't ready. Waited another 20 minutes to get my Parmesan bread meanwhile my pizza is getting old sitting on the warmer. Two other people in there were not happy either. One asked for his money back and the other had been waiting an hour for her carry out which they gave to her free. There were never problems like this when the Store was at the old location. New building=New problems=Pissed customers. Staff seemed lost. One girl running register and phone and 4 people standing talking. I worked at dominoes for 12 years and drivers are supposed to help when it's busy. These folks stood around talking or acting like they had no clue what was going on. No offer of a discount just "Sorry for your wait". Well they will be waiting a long time for me to come back. UPDATE: Went back on Sept 19 for carry out. Girl was confused to say the least. App said pizza was ready waited 10 minutes while she made pizzas. Said mine would be right out (2nd pizza of 2 pizza order) even thought the app said my order was ready. She pulled the pizza out put it in the box and gave it to me. I opened it, WRONG Pizza! My pizza was already done when the app said it was but the girl put mine in another persons box. So I waited for 10 minutes for no reason except her inept ability to multi task. I worked for Dominos for 12 years as a driver and this is the WORST Dominoes I have ever been too. This place was awesome until they moved to the new location. Corporate needs to take a look at the man agent here because it is lacking to say the least. Honestly, the pizza that was made for me last night was trash. Barely any toppings and it was not made like any handmade pizza that I've seen. I don't know if this is done when people redeem their free pizza points, but it shouldn't. I only eat gluten free pizzas and have tried them at many different places all across town. Including different Domino's Pizza's. The crust is supposed to be the same at each location, but I am here to tell you that its not. The crust at this location is by far the best and their crew has always been very courteous and efficient. Out of the numerous times I have placed mixed orders they have never made a mistake and have always been here in a timely fashion. When my order had not arrived at one hour after I placed it I called the store, the manager said "oh we're a little backed up it should be there soon," no apology, no nothing. The pizza arrived 5 minutes later, cold, with the wrong crust, and no credit card receipt for me to sign. The driver had to return with the receipt.
