I ordered a Pizz online. It said 10 to 20 minutes to completetion. I went to pick it up in 30 minutes and it still wasn't ready. The clerk said it was hectick this morning and they just got an order in of 20 pizzas. So I said for another ten minutes while they prepared the pizza. read more

Just ended my relationshipswith Domino's . Ordered two pizzas online. They did NOT deliver to a prominent local establishment that was on the order. Called and they stated that they could not reach me. No phone call to my number on the app and no call to our establishment. The manager called me back and stated that I could come by and pick up my order. I told him we are 1 block away, but he was adamant that they would not bring it. Done...goodbye Domino's. If 0 stars were an option that's what I would give Dominoes. Absolutely terrible service. Ordered pizza for delivery, it was marked complete even though we didn't receive it and when we called all they said was it was delivered then hung up. No offer to remake it or refund it, we drove up and down our street to see if it was at the neighbors and it wasn't. The guy who picked up the phone was so rude and had an awful attitude. stay away from this place, second order in a row that has been destroyed. First time, order sat in quality control for 25 minutes. Take another 25 minutes to get ,was cold and like cardboard. this time after an hour for a 32 minute supposed order , I was called and told driver misdelivered my order or the driver ate it Who knows I could then wait a long period of time for another order or wait 3 to 5 days to get my money back. Giving this 2 stars only because the delivery time was less then a half hour. Pizza didn't taste good. Something was off, but I couldn't put my finger on what was bad. I ordered thin pizza with extra cheese pepperoni, onions and mushrooms. Toppings were scarce. Sad. Perhaps the crust was stale. I don't know! Mad because it was $28 with tip and delivery. It is the best pizza in this area. That isn't saying much though because we have no choices around here. However, it is much better and cheaper than Papa's and the local "Ledo Pizza". This Domino's Pizza location is always consistently good. The prices are cheap and the delivery is fast. I live in a hard to find home on a long shared driveway. They have always been able to find my house for delivery. Got the pan pizza today and it was great! I always order online and it is easy once you set up an account. read more

I've eaten delivery pizza from Domino's all over the world for a very long time and this location is the absolute worst in terms of delivery time and food quality. I tried them six or seven times and never got anything that was at the level of any other Domino's I've ever had. I've never liked Domino's but when I moved to Lusby my fiancé insisted that I try this one. I loved it! Whenever we want pizza, this is the place to go! Their food is great, fresh, and made in a good amount of time. Their prices are quite reasonable as well! So why 4 stars instead of 5? Sometimes the wait can be a bit long because the manager doesn't always have enough people working. Like tonight there was only one cook and 2 delivery drivers. It was obvious that they were really busy and it was clear the cook was really struggling to keep up. Manager could have helped the poor guy out instead of chit chatting on her cell phone... Or at least I think she was a manager! She wasn't in uniform but she walked right to the back of the store and started chit chatting on her phone... read more

Pizza is pretty awesome! I ordered the specialty chicken tonight and cant wait to try it!! the store is always clean and the set up looks nice! I love all the great colors! the staff is awesome! One time I ordered pickup and got home and my pizza was a little more cooked than I wanted(lil burnt on the crust and the crust is one of my favorite parts!), so I called and they gave me a credit for next time! they even offered to deliver a new pizza for free! I understand things happen so I happily accepted the credit and was so excited for next time! Pretty awesome if you ask me! read more

I am a former employee and I am not afraid to expose some of the issues with this company. Domino's pan pizza's are created using "butter flavored oil" as are the breadsticks and the cinnasticks. This oil is nothing like real butter, it clogs the sinks so imagine what it does to your organs!! the "bread sides" often sit all day or are made with dough that expired days before. The pizza sauce which has an 8 hour "unrefridgerated" shelf life is dated, then re-dated and often used for DAYS past the shelf-life. The garlic parm sauce bottles are also often dated and re-dated for days. More than once I've seen all the sauce bottles re-dated. The "garlic crust" is also a slimy disgusting oil which has no nutritional value whatsoever. The only sauce that is regularly properly dated is the Alfredo sauce and that's only because that is used so quickly in the "pasta bowls" that it needs to be remade at least once a day. The Parmesan Bread Bites often hit the floor before still landing in the order to be sent out because it effects delivery times if it has to be remade. The same goes for the chicken wings which are cooked on top of foil but if they are not watched closely hit the floor and are often sent out with extra sauce to hide the fact that the skin is dirty and gross. I will NEVER eat from DOMINO's again!! also the employees have an issue remembering to wash their hands between deliveries. Oh and the "Gluten Free" crust is placed on the same screens that the regular pizza dough goes on so it's not really Gluten Free since it comes in contact with the same stuff the regular dough does. The General Manager at this location is also guilty of descrimination against her employees on basis of medical issues which is ILLEGAL!! read more

Ordered a pizza for carry out and was quoted 15 minutes for a $16+ large specialty pizza. Arrived 15 minutes later to pick it up. Cashier told me it was "in the oven", then proceeded to walk over and start rolling out the dough to begin making it. Directly from handling money and the register to putting is bare hands on the food. Watched him put the toppings on and then slide it in the oven. Then rang me up at the register and told me it would be just a couple more minutes. Watched the pizza come out of the oven, get cut, and placed in a box and put on their hot shelf. Then waited. After about 10 minutes a driver walked in, read the box, and announced for the cashier that the order for (announced my name) was ready. He responded with nod and continued to take other orders, answer the phone, and make more pizza. After another 5-10 minutes I asked if he could please check if that was indeed my order, which it was, so I could be going. I was then handed a pizza and issued a shrug and quick sorry.
