I love this location. Friendly drivers. The driver Matthew is the best. Great job with service.

Ordered a pizza and paid in cash , they delivered wrong pizza , called and got hung up on twice , finally got through and they re-delivered the pizza , wrong pizza again . Called back and got hung up on again , called back and after demanding to speak with the manager and a 12 minute hold finally talked to the manager . He said they are sending my pizza and a refund . Neither the pizza or the refund ever arrived . DO NOT ORDER from this store . I'm out $43 and still don't have my pizza . horrible in every way . STAY AWAY from this place . read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINO'S. It was utterly unprofessional. I ordered for delivery, and after about a 30-minute wait, they told me my order had been delivered great, so I checked my porch, and low and behold, my order was not there, so I called the store I told him my order wasn't delivered and guess what he hung up on me utterly unprofessional so I call again. He tells me that I didn't order from Domino's in Leeds. Are you kidding me? I'm not stupid; I know which domino I ordered from. I'm so upset. This is ridiculous. read more

What happened? This store was doing really good. Ordered my parents a thin crust pizza last night, and what they got was a blackened cracker. It was awful, and they couldn't finish it. read more

The food is great but the reason this gets a 1 star is because they won't deliver to my house. Even though it's 16 minutes away, and I think the deadline in distance is 20 to 30 minutes? I could be wrong. But, they act like it's out of their way to deliver. When I complained about it, they just said "you'll have to pick it up". Now, keep in mind I don't have a car, nor a ride to get me there. Even if I did have a ride I wouldn't want to ask for a ride just to get the Pizza I ordered and paid for, and then pay someone else gas money when the delivery drivers could easily do it themselves. I feel like it's just laziness on their part. If I had my own car, I wouldn't mind, but still it's ridiculous. I was told they'll try to handle it but then a few months later they say their not in charge of where they deliver. it's understandable but still, I had already paid for it, they already cooked it. So you mean to tell me you absolutely have no way of finding my address without the domino's GPS? Just WOW. I feel scammed. Never order from this place, it's not worth the loss of money for little to no effort. Not worth a 5 star, 4 star, 3 star, 2 star, Or even a 1 star. But, I can't put 0 star, so the 1 star will just have to do. Ugh. read more

Ordered through the app, said it would be a 25-35 minute delivery. An hour after ordering I had ti call and ask to pick up. When I went to the store to get my 30 minute old pizza, they tried to charge me more for pickup than the delivery. Offered nothing to compensate for experience. All this after the Emergency Pizza coupon did not redeem. Don't eat here. read more

Had a large order of 10 pizzas and 2 bread bites. Since it was a Friday I ordered at 2:30 to be picked up at 6:30. Figured it would make the order go smoothly. Got there to pick up and they had not even started the order, and was told oh well it's a Friday night what do you expect. I expect my order to be ready when I asked for it! You had plenty of time to prepare. read more

Ordered from Domino's in Leeds today. A pepperoni thin crust, a hand tossed Meatzza add bacon, a spinach and feta stuffed bread and Buffalo chicken bites. The pepperoni and chicken were right, the bread was missing the spinach and the Meatzza was missing the meat (except the bacon). I called a few hours after it arrived because we were playing in the pool and had company. I asked they refund the items that were wrong and was told since it was delivered over 3 hours ago they couldn't, they could just remake it. We spent almost $80. Beware, their pizza isn't worth $80, their customer service wasn't worth the tip we left. Here is a picture of the Meatzza. read more

I placed an order two hours ago. After the seventh call someone answered the phone. They said it will be another hour and that now it's past the delivery time so I would have to come get it. I love dominos pizza but this place in Leeds Alabama is the worst store there is. This is not the first time they have done this but it will be the last. I would strongly suggest finding another place to eat at. read more

Ordered on the app and it said delivery in 40-50 minutes. According to their app it was out of the oven for almost an hour. Called to check on it and when asked it would be hot, they said they could remake it but I'd have to come pick it up. Expect a lot better service for $35 for a medium pizza, dessert, delivery fee, and 20% tip. Will not order from them again. read more

Waited 25 minutes for my order just for it to be wrong. As i went inside to fix my order she told me she gave all of my order to me and didn't. I had to cancel my order because it was all messed up. The women who i talked to was very disrespectful about my order and was disrespectful towards me for coming in to fix the order i paid for. read more

Whoever is running the show here needs to live in a van down by the river. Every time we order from here, it is an hour or two beyond the expected delivery time(this happens to be estimated at an hour and 27 minutes). Three sandwiches took 2 hours to arrive and were obviously not up to par. Management refuses to answer the phones and allow a cancellation/refund/credit EVERY TIME they pull this. read more

I went here at about 19:30 last night. All the employees were NOT wearing mask. They didn't have them pulled down they just weren't wearing them at all. Which made me very upset since we are in a GLOBAL PANDEMIC. They could have possibly give it to any of their customers by simply breathing on their food. The food was okay but i just wish they would wear mask. read more

Maybe I expect to much from a company that depends on its customers to stay in business. I ordered 2 medium pizzas for pickup and told it would be 25 or 30 minutes because they were slammed. I arrived at the scheduled time but my pizza was not ready. The place did not seem unusually busy and the employees did not seem to be in any hurry. They seemed to have plenty of time to go outside to smoke and disappear into some back room. I was told my pizza would be ready in 7 minutes but 15 minutes later I was told they were still waiting on the 2 pizzas. I told them that I no longer wanted the pizza and went to Little Caesars. Returning from little Caesars I drove back by Domino's with my pizza and the same folks were still waiting.I don't know if they ever got their pizza but I went home and enjoyed mine. read more

They do a good job at this location. I like the " pig pizza". Ham bacon and sausage in a deep dish. Mmmmm

Ordered pizza at 5:20 PM and was told it would arrive in 45 minutes Called to check on the pizza order at 6:30 PM and was told it was out for delivery and would be there in a matter of minutes Called back to check on the pizza order at 7:20 PM and again was told it would be a matter or minutes. The order was delivered at 7:40 Pm and was wrong; 3 of the 5 pizzas was not correct. The staff was totally rude and of little or no help. The pizza delivery man was very nice and explained he had only picked up the pizza 10 minutes earlier. So from this information someone is lying either the pizza staff or the delivery man. When filing a complaint with corporate the only thing they suggested is to take it up with the store as this is a privately held company and they do not have any control over their business practices. The only thing I have learned from this is try another pizza delivery company read more

I ordered 2 Stuffed Cheesy Breads minus Jalapenos. They put Jalapenos on both of them. When I got home, I discovered them near the edges of the inside of the cheesy breads. I called, and the male manager didn't offer to help but make me just deal with the jalapeno cheesy breads for the night. I had to then drive back and demand a refund. Don't go to THIS Domino's, they pay no attention to your order and then don't even try to resolve their mistakes when they make them. read more

Call me old fashioned... I expect to have my pizza delivered within a half hour. Or at least close to that. It took over an hour for my pizza to be delivered. When it arrived there was No apology, no offer to discount... NOTHING! Then when I open the box it's cold. I guess the employees have been watching the Domino's commercials about failure. This store should get a gold star for failure! read more

Ordered 1 pizza at 5:51 pm for carry out, waited at the store until 6:41 pm until my pizza was ready. When I approached the counter after my name was called, I simply asked the associate for my pizza, showed her my confirmation and she stared at the computer and continued typing. Complete morons at this moment place. Never had problems from their competitors. read more

This location's employees are always helpful and courteous, with quick service. They make suggestions and are happy to answer any questions over the phone, and the service in-store is just as pleasant. The food is fantastic & brought to me piping hot. Kudos to the Leed's Domino's Pizza! read more

I have eaten here several times ordering the same pizza. The staff is always friendly and the pizzas are always cooked to high standards. Tonight unfortunately was a different story. I went to pick up my order and was greeted as normal. However I made the mistake of not checking my pizza, because they have always been great. When I got home I discovered my pizza was burnt to the point that the bacon and several areas of the cheese were actually black. I called the store and the said the would refire the order. I went back up to the store and again was greeted friendly. Thinking that they would have made the order as I had placed it originally I did not think I would have any issues. However when I got back home and sat down to eat with my husband to find out that the type of sauce that was used was the wrong type, the pizza looked sloppily made, and I had ordered it with light sauce and it was like the had made it with extra. I was very disappointed with my experience tonight. read more
