This is one of the smallest shops in Gloucester, but every lunchtime, you can expect to see a queue out of the door here! Their salad boxes get my vote every time I'm in town - and as they are made to order, if you don't like an ingredient, you don't have it! simple!!

A good selection of pizzas with, of course the option of cheese and tomato and selecting your own toppings ( Roast Chicken and Mushrooms mmmm )and the garlic bread pizza with cheese is to die for. Well if not die for then be pretty damn happy about. You can also now have doughballs covered in mozzarella which are just as yummy. The square pizza is massive so be warned. Either use the local number or call on a 0845 number and get nectar points. Don't forget to check the website out as you'll find the daily deals on there.

The website is really easy to read, shows all the toppings on the pizzas, and shows the price. It also tells you about the fantastic offers Roadrunner offer. I telephoned my order through and it was taken promptly and I was advised of the estimated time of my pizza delivery and the total cost. I found this really useful, as I could prepare the crockery and the correct money before the delivery driver arrived. The delivery was 5 minutes later than the latest estimated time, but it was a saturday night, and I do live on the opposite side of town. Lovely pizza - I almost didn't want to share!!!! Their salad boxes aren't great - they're served in those polystyrene boxes that you get burgers and kebabs in, and so by the time you've got to where you're going to eat your lunch, the salad box is all over the bag! This sandwich shop does stock local fruit juices though - which make a nice change from fizzy pop. They also have a range of sweet stuff - from shortbread to chocolate cake! The staff are friendly, and everything is made so efficiently, but the quality of the food and the price rises have made me go elsewhere for my lunch when I'm in town. The shop is always busy around lunchtimes though, so I guess that there are still a lot of people who are happy with their sandwiches.

You have a selection of sauces to add to your burger and the variety of burgers is exciting! Where else would you get pineapple on your burger?? This outlet in Gloucester is better than the Tewkesbury and Cheltenham burger stars. There is only a little seating area in this burger star though (the other two have proper restaurant bits) and their fruit machine takes up quite a bit of space. They always have a paper for you to read while you're eating though and they tidy away any mess immediately.

The shop is tiny, so it really is best avoided at busy times. The owner is friendly and welcoming, but his staff are grumpy and bored with their tasks. There is a seating area upstairs and outside (if you want to sit on the side of the road - you go for it..!!) The shop is right in the centre of the City, but it does have quite a lot of competition. The shop is clean though, although it's tiny - everything is clean and the staff always wear gloves for food preparation.
