This review is specifically for Nia who claimed herself as the manager and THIS WOMAN NEEDS TO BE FIRED ASAP. I'm a regular customer at this same Domino's location in Dixon, IL for awhile and I'm also a rewards member and I've ordered many many times before and my order is pretty standard always which is a large veg pizza and chicken wings. Never was it messed up and the young girls I've seen working there are super sweet and I've always tipped generously. Anyways, I placed my regular order for delivery and what I received was very raw chicken wings with pink uncooked meat inside with raw smell and taste and a raw tasting pizza with tons of raw tasting tomato sauce with uncooked veggies and hard chewy uncooked raw dough. Wings were so bad I had to trash them. Despite placing in the oven they didn't taste any better. I don't like wasting food but had to still throw it away. Raw uncooked poultry or meat is a health hazard and I'm not sure these guys know that.
When I called immediately, Nia lady picked up my call and she kept interrupting me, she didn't have the decency to talk nice or be polite and before I could ask her name who I was talking to she hung up on me.. I never received a resolution or refund email after awhile so I called back and this time I asked her name and still she was obnoxiously inappropriate, accusatory stating that I should have asked for extra pizza sauce on mine (no I did not and it's the same order as always) and I should make sure I ask for less sauce and then ask for the wings to be run through oven 3-4 times when I order next time. She made it sound like I don't know how to order and that I should make changes to how I should be ordering rather than owning up the mistake. She was beyond rude that I had to go out of my way to complain to domino's corporate office about her. Never had this kinda experience with anyone working here before and everyone has been very polite and nice otherwise and never had prior issues. This Nia lady even told me that the staff didn't know how to make pizzas right and what they're doing know is the right way and that I should ask for over cooking or being burnt.. I hope Domino's sees this review and takes action on her. The staff were making pizzas right before until this woman maybe started giving messed up instructions to them. read more
