I order pizzas all the time from dominos in Desoto and they are always made wrong and they always try to make it the customers fault. I had to call the police to come there on October 16, 2026 because this big sloppy mgr. refused to make my order and told the employees not to wait on me. it was so much unprofessional stuff going on there. The employees don't wash their hand, they are talking on their cell phones while making customers pizza. It's absolutely filthy where they make the pizzas. The so called head mgr there looks unclean and very UNPROFESSIONAL Because I complained and call the police on dominoe, the unprofessional female mgr tried to file a criminal trespassing complaint on me and she starting lying to the police, but they didn't believe her. she should be fired. it was a horrible experience and I didn't get my pizza. Desoto dominoes needs customer service training really bad. I have never in my life written a bad review on any restaurant until now. The health department needs to inspect also because it is very unclean where they make the pizzas. I saw the unprofessional mgr picking her nose and didn't wash her hands. She is a SORRY excuse for a MGR. Dominoes, is this what we're doing now? you guys need to have a class on customer service, personal appearance and CLEANLINESS! This domino's is by far very disrespectful. I placed an order for my daughter's prom an hour early. They called me 10 min before pickup and stated I had a double order so they canceled 1 of the orders. I get to the store they said it was on its way out. Then 5 min later they stated they canceled my order. So they canceled an order which they called me. I was furious due to their poor handling of this. My daughter ordered a pizza with chicken and black olives. The chicken was flavorful but had a very strong taste of Italian seasoning which I do not really like. It tasted soapy to me. Especially mixed with the red tomato sauce. I normally do not like the crust at this place because it was or had not been seasoned enough but, this crust was hand tossed and tasted good today. This is one of the worst franchise's in this area. I placed a delivery order, not realizing it was coming from this store on October 27th. The pizza came almost 2 hours later. I called multiple times to the store to cancel my order and the store never picked up. When the delivery guy came I told him I already purchased something else for dinner. He took the pizza, and today I still don't have a refund. I called the manager on Saturday to discuss my refund, and he was rude and told me my refund had been processed. I still don't have my refund, but they did however update my payment to include the delivery fee!! I've been on the phone 3 different times today for a total of an hour and was hung up on each time. The last 3 times I've ordered from Domino's has been the WORST experience. They are never on time, its never correct and it is so cold I have to heat it up in the oven before eating it. Dominos pizza has got to be my default pizza joint when I'm not feeling artsy Fartsy. This place has all I can ask for when it comes to service and flavor. I love the garlic crust, I never feel like the cheese has been made from a tube, and the meats always taste juicy. I ordered two large pizzas for 8.99 each and had the sausage and mushroom and the sausage and pepperoni. The time estimate for preparation was accurate and the restaurant area is nice. Be carful the cashier workers may try to scam you. I picked up my order and gave the cashier my credit card. I was at work and ordered bell peppers and olive pizza with extra cheese and the first time they did not put extra cheese, so they remade it and delivered it.
