After confronting the manager about this, I requested that I could be informed of senior management (area manager) details - the manager scoffed and told me it's GDPR and there is no way on earth he will forward me any details. After a quick brief call with someone from another store I was forwarded the details and it was picked up with the manager to which he denied ever speaking to me. If you want any professionalism when it comes to your food, avoid this place like the plague and save your money.
