Never an issue here! Based on my 3-4 times of being here. Will visit again for sure. Tastes exactly the same as back home in California. read more

Between the late delivery, the smoking driver, and the manager's behavior, I will not be ordering from this location again. read more

Domino's Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Columbus, Georgia

This location has messed up my order multiple times. I've reported them to the store and to corporate with no effort to resolve the issues. They have put the wrong sauce on my pizza, added extra cheese when I didn't ask for it, skimped on toppings, and given me pizza that was cold in the middle. Avoid it. There is no management. read more

Stopped in at 7:50 pm on a Tuesday evening to order one of their standard large pizzas. Was told I would have a 1 to 1 1/2 hour wait! For ONE OF THEIR STANDARD PIZZAS! I asked if it was April Fools Day? I left. I went elsewhere, got a pizza, and was home eating it in 30 minutes. Good-bye Domino's. read more

This dominoes location is absolutely terrible. We ordered pizza at 6:07 PM and it said expected delivery time 30-40 minutes, fast forward 2 hours our pizza came at 8:15. It's absolutely insane that it takes 2+ hours to get pizza from here. Shoutout Willis (our delivery driver) he was very nice. Still do not recommend ordering pizza from this location! read more

Delivery takes at least 2 hours! They don't answer the phone when you order online and call an hour and half later to find out how long it's gonna be for your order! read more

They forgot my dipping sauce!! Called up there and was told i can come back to get it. But im at the house now the pizza is getting cold. They sound like they dont care.. should have order PaPa Johns.. read more

I ordered 2 pizzas over the phone. The lady that took my order asked if I wanted to add extra cheese to my pizzas. I said yes, that would be great. She said it would be ready in about 15 min. So when we got there, there were many more people there and they were telling people it would be an hour and a half before their pizza would be ready. They told us it would be an additional 15 min before ours was ready. Over an hour later we finally got it. It was not hot and the extra cheese that we paid for was not added. You could still see the sauce on the pizza. I don't mind waiting for pizza when I have been told how long it will be. But it you are telling people it will only be 15 min... don't make them wait more than an hour. It even kept showing on the screen that our pizzas were ready when they weren't. I think they do that so it shows to the upper management that they are getting their pizzas out in a timely fashion as to not get flagged. But they are not. And they don't answer the phones when you call to check on your order because it's taking too long. It will just ring until it disconnects. I have tried to give this location several chances because I know that bad days happen. But the Bradley Park Dr location always disappoints. read more

The pizza itself was what it always is no matter where in the world you order it: Domino's. And I personally find that kind of comforting, but that's me. I'm writing because of how extraordinarily kind the employees at this location are! My 89-year-old mom cracked a hip 1.75 months ago, she's still unable to walk very well, get up and down, etc., and I somehow messed up one of my knees a couple of days ago and now I can hardly get about without borrowing her walker. In short, we are well and truly screwed. When I called Domino's to explain our predicament, Jonathan answered and said "he would get us fed, no matter what," and he was as good as his word. Pizza was here in no time, and our driver (whose name I failed to get, more fool me) was just as nice as she could be, brought the pizzas inside and put them in our kitchen. Let's be honest: these days, this sort of decent, caring service is RARE, mainly because you just never know about the people you're serving, do you? These folks went above and beyond, and that's a laudable thing in 2024 America -- sincere thanks to both of these fine folks for their desperately needed assistance. And thank you, Domino's! Well done for hiring these wonderful people! read more

My first time ordering from this location, delivery driver Paul was an absolute sweetheart! However my order was made wrong... but in less than 20 minutes after I left a complaint I had a new pizza! So kindly brought to me by Caitlin who was so incredibly kind! Can't recommend this location enough. If you've got a problem just let them know and they will gladly fix it! read more

Not too happy. The $5.99 deal for 1 item turned into $9.50 for 1 because your site didn't tell us how much the add-ons cost. We could have gone out to eat for what this meal is costing us. Won't be ordering that way again. You lie and cheat to get more money from hard working people. read more

Four months ago it took our food more than two hours to arrive. We switched to Papa John's. Tonight we thought we'd try again because we like the chocolate volcano dessert. Placed the order at 7:30 and the food arrived at 10:30. I tried calling twice to cancel the order but was in the queue for 15 minutes. The food was soggy and room temperature. I am not ordering Domino's again. read more

This place is absolutely deplorable. The staff is rude and mean. Upon picking up my pizza, I asked for it and the woman stood there and did not move I had to go get my pizza with no acknowledgement. read more

Holy hell!! Waited a hour & half & nothing. Called the store & they acted so stupid. "Oh sir, your order should be on it's way" HA! I'm sure it was... will not order from this place again. I was told 30min, watched the tracker... hour & half later & nothing. *update... THE WRONG ORDER CAME TO ME SHIT! read more

This Dominos has typically been a good spot to get some decent pizza.  With the whole COVID thing going on, it has been about a year since we visited, but stopped in a few nights ago for a pizza pick-up.  The food quality is still good, except the order taker failed to add the extra sauce that was requested twice.  The employee professionalism, however, has declined dramatically.  The same pizza preparer that failed to make my pizza quite right, also looked at me several times without acknowledging my presence in the store until i addressed him. There were only two employees in the store and one was a driver that had just walked in. The caliber and quality of the employee experience has me seeking a new pizza location. read more

I ordered my pizza last night Saturday 21st at 9:53pm and my pizza arrived at 11:12pm it was cold and nasty I just put it in the trash can didn't even taste fresh. I'll never order from this store again.I've never had a problem with any other domino's pizza in my life. I'll be driving to get my pizza on Macon Rd from now on. Worst money ever spent. read more

Great service and the pizza tasted so good! As I waited for my order I noticed that the employees greeted every customer and made sure they, along with myself, were satisfied. I appreciate it! read more

Domino's Pizza - a pizza in a box - Pizza Near Me - Columbus, Georgia

This is about Domino's corporate. There is no contact information on their website and I guess that sums up their attitude. Every time I order online something goes wrong. I complain to Domino's customer support and nothing happens. Online orders are wrong, cost more than advertised. Avoid this chain. The intentional concealing contact information should tell you everything. read more

We ordered a pizza a couple of weeks ago- we returned the Dominos Survey letting them know the pizza dough wasn't cooked completely. They gave us a credit for a free pizza. When we ordered that tonight, we also ordered cinisticks. Tonight's pizza was sloppily made and cut, and the cinisticks were not up to par. Burned on the bottom, very little cinnamon. Disappointing. read more

As soon as I walked in the door all I heard was the supervisor on shift yelling at her team. I get it. You're busy but there's other ways of controlling work flow than screaming at everyone. Then she said that pick ups can wait. Then she charged me full price and messed up my pizza. Then she refused to make a new one. Won't be coming back again. read more

Horrible, placed order at 10AM to be delivered at 430pm. We ordered 5 pizzas and they were an astonishing 45mins late. Noone including the manager could care less and even said they did it on purpose. They don't care when I order the pizza to deliver they refuse to make any effort for on time deliveries and simply deliver them when the store gets ready. it was truly a disgusting experience for when the pizza finally arrived it was barley warm and the cheese Pizza was cold. To top off the horrible experience most of the pieces were missing topping on half the slice. That is right. Half the slice was CRUST!! Avoid this domino's if at all possible read more

Hour and forty minutes for a delivery is a little ridiculous. Unfortunately it's the only place in Columbus that offers pizza before noon. The manager called me and gave me a free pizza delivery for the inconvenience. I found that very respectable. read more

The pizza is as expected but I don't appreciate talking to someone who seems annoyed that I am ordering and then being hung up on when I say, "I think that's it". They need to work on their customer service. read more

first time ordering and it was good. Came in reasonable time. delivery guy was awesome & the food came in well condition. Thanks y'all

The pizza looks like it wasn't left in the oven long enough and the toppings aren't evenly spread on the pizza. The boneless chicken wings looked pathetic and like they didn't put enough in there. Definitely not worth the time it took to get here or the amount I paid. read more

Always love Domino's mainly because of their easy and simple online ordering, specially if you have an account set up! We move a lot and the Domino's on Bradley park way has had good service thus far. Pizza prepared quickly and according to timeframe stated, friendly deliver people, no complaints. Have ordered from Domino's for years and lived all over the US during those years, so far The Domino's in Yadkinville, NC and this Domino's (Bradley Park Dr.) in Columbus, GA are the two that are the most consistently good. No complaints in the year we have been using this one! read more

Never again.... I called to order a Philly cheese steak sandwich and the sweet BBQ bacon tenders.. Had to repeat the order more than once and they still didn't get it right. then charged me $10.78 for just the tenders because of their mistake..... Really I knew if i ordered 2 or more items i could get it at $5.99. You don't have to worry about my business ever. $10.00 later still hungry and and highly piss. read more
