I had so many hopes since it moved location. I figured bigger space they can hire more people. But NOPE, maybe it's management, because they still can't get their shit together. It took over an hour to get my order. I ordered online, estimated time was around 27 minutes. Tracker was saying that it was prepping for the past half hour. We ordered two medium pizzas using the domino's app. An hour passes by with no update, so we head on over to the store to see what's going on. Technology isn't always reliable. No big deal. The Issue... When we get there, NOBODY acknowledged us. My son is a defensive lineman. He's hard to miss. The folks working looked confused. People were picking up orders, large and small. After a few minutes, we asked where our order was and was told to give them 5 minutes. About 10 minutes later, we were asked if we were waiting for an order. I'm not sure why else we would be there, but responded with a patient "Yes", and a name on the order. Again, "Ok. Give us a few minutes." . Time goes by. People walking out with orders. We're asked again. The same question. At this point we ask "What the hell is goin on?.." along with the whole issue of ordering online, waiting and being told to give them 5 minutes 3 damn times over a period of 45 minutes. A lady at the counter tries to figure out where our order is. Apparently our pizzas were placed under some other orders or some nonsense. She hands my son the boxes. Fed all the way up with the whole ordeal, he takes them. Walks out. Doesn't say a word the whole ride home. The pizzas were cold. Old. And thrown in the trash. It's hit or miss with this place. It's either great or the most horrible experience ever in the history of ordering pizza. There is no in between. We won't be back. It's no fun having a big hangry man in the house. I went to the new and improved dominos and it was the worst! I spent 30 dollars and my New York style pizza with extra cheese was thin and crispy and burnt with hope of cheese sprinkled on top. My other New York style had extra white sauce was not even close to what I paid extra for as well as the chicken I had 8 pieces on the whole pizza. I know because when I open my pizza and I was disappointed in the dry burnt pizza I received I counted the chicken. Also when I arrived my wing sauce was squirted on at the last second to some uncooked soggy wings. The sassy server was annoyed when I asked for the sauce to be on all my wings and charged me two dollars to cover three of the sauceless wings. i usually don't go to domino's and the day I decide to go here they get my entire order wrong and then when I call to get it fixed and they only want to replace one pizza out of three that they messed up . my kids just ended up eating the toppings and tossing the crust and sauce out . Every. Single. Time. Every single time I order from this place it takes FOREVER or they get the order wrong. I don't know why I keep ordering from here and expecting something different. It takes over an hour for your pizza to arrive and most of the time it arrives cold. Their excuse is ALWAYS that they only have one delivery driver but it's been like this for so long I'm wondering why they can't just hire more? *sarcasm*. Every time I order from this location, I've always had good experiences. I'm not sure if it's because we live 5 mins away, but the food has arrived piping hot when we get delivery. The only thing that kinda bothers me is that the contactless delivery is not really contactless when the driver asks for your signature?? I open the door expecting just my food, not wearing a mask, only to come face to face with the driver. Like ok, I get it's not his fault, but come on! Never again!!! I ordered online said 20 mins for there a little after 20 mins they said they were barely going to make it. Fast forward I ask to cancel cause I couldn't wait any longer. The girls had no problems cancelling it but I needed a receipt as proof that it was going back to my CC the girls couldn't give it to me & yes by then I was annoyed. I asked for franchise owner etc..Karla gave me corporate i didn't want corporate. They are not good about giving chain of commands another girl told me to calm down basically to shut up or I was going to have to wait outside I asked her name she hesitated then claims it's Ana. I told her she was not my mother & was not going to talk to me that way I am the customer! Karla came back with Javier's info. So I left with no pizza for my kid and no money etc. I called Javier he claims Fernando franchise owner in Mexico. He did offer for me to go to another location to get pizza and my refund. Gas is 7 a gallon I wasn't going anywhere. I get it places are short staffed and empathetic to that but problem would of been resolved easy had i been giving a receipt for the void. I will dispute through my cC if monies are not credited back by Wednesday but Javier did say any issues to call him. I called again she hung up right away. I called a third time and she said it was on the way and should arrive in ten minutes. I called back 20 mins after and then was told they don't deliver to my address and my pizza had been sitting there for a while and that I should pick it up. So overall, the girl lied it was never on the way and had failed to tell me they could not deliver to my address the three times I had called before.
