Went back inside and made a complaint, which the manager(I assume) said "that is half and half". While waiting inside I also noticed how the employees handling food were not wearing gloves and visibly having many cross contamination violations. An employee dropped someone's order ahead from an order ahead shelf and proceeded to return the order back in its place. Athens, Tx. Dominoes Pizza is terrible. This is our second time to order from them. I thought the first time it was just an off day for them, so we tried to give them another chance, that was a huge mistake. Just received our second order and it was horrible. Not what we ordered and the drink was also wrong. Ordered Diet Coke and received A regular Coke. The delivery person told my husband "we did not have diet coke so we sent regular". I can't drink regular coke so wasted nearly $4.00 on a drink. Crust on pizza's were switched and by the time we received the pizza's they were cold. Think this was due to the driver. Awful experience from start to finish. Last time we will ever order from them. This is a zero rating not a 1 star. I'm laughing because it shows pizza from prepping, to baking , to quality control ???? , picking up...what a joke at my expense. read more

Ordered from this store before no issues. today i order a pizza and some cheese sticks for delivery. after i waited 2 hours and called 5-6 times with no answer (other than some automated voice that doesn't understand anything) i finally decided to just go get it myself. after i walked in i asked for my order respectfully and the employee (after saying there wasn't an order with that name) found my order and gave it to me. i then asked him nicely if i could get the 5 dollar delivery fee waived and he said he would have to get his manager which i said ok. manager comes out completely rude and weirdly aggressive. basically told me to get f***** in a passive aggressive way. super weird experience don't recommend this store has completely fallen off and to add my order wasn't even good and they're way overpriced. read more

I don't know what is going on but the entire online ordering system is terrible. I wanted to get half and half pizza, but the app would not let me do it at all so I decided to call the number and was first greeted with a robot who did not understand what I was trying to say I needed a half supreme house spinach. I hung up and was called back from this location and spoke to a lady who I could hardly understand I also had to repeat my order about six times. Not to mention the prices are ridiculous! read more

Well it took almost an hour and a half to receive my delivery, which is the longest I have ever waited to receive a delivery order, and when I got it my chicken wings were cold and 2 of the chicken wings were way smaller than the other wings. don't think I will buy from this store again... read more

Best delivery/pick up pizza in town for fresh ingredients, with lots of varieties of toppings, sauces & crusts made thick or thin. The delivery time is usually much longer than I think it should be but I don't know how they're staffed or how busy they happen to be when I call. I called after one hour and they expained they cancelled it- I then authorized a replacement but then they wanted to charge me 54 cents. Really????? I work in customer service - not worth 54 cents. Went from okay to Very low if I could give it under one star I would, delivery took over 40 min From when it left the store UNTIL I CALLED TO SEE where my food was. This Domino's is horrible. Not only did it take almost an hour for delivery but the pizzas were delivered ice cold. This was a Sunday at 3:57pm, we were exactly 3 blocks from the place, the delivery driver said "hey we forgot your pizzas and they've been sitting under the heat lamp" and "we forgot to call you about us being late" and took off at a trot to his car. By the time I got the pizzas set down and looked at them, he was gone. So I called the place and spoke to the so called "manager". He promptly informed me that they only had one delivery driver, offered no apology or replacement of food. I personally took the pizzas back and got a replacement order after I insisted. I stood there and waited till my order was complete. Shouldn't have wasted my time. They were horrible. No taste just flat, cardboard crust with very little cheese or toppings. I would have done better going to WalMart and got a Totinos $1.29 pizza. The manger needs customer service training and cooking lessons would be helpful too. Avoid this delivery pizza at all costs, there are other pizza places in Athens that are better. read more
