The shelves were adorned with an extensive collection of books, while other charming items lined the walls. Their menu offered a diverse range of dishes, catering to various tastes. As an avid Eggs Benedict enthusiast, my choice was an easy one. My companion opted for the breakfast bowl with bacon, and both dishes were exceptionally tasty, with well-balanced seasoning. I couldn't help but notice a steak sizzling on a lava rock, promising a delectable culinary experience. However, the service was slightly slow due to the restaurant's popularity. Despite the crowd, our waitress was incredibly kind and even offered an apology for any inconvenience caused. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast or brunch when visiting the area.

All four of us ate it as an appetizer cause we were starving. It was full of mixed greens, goat cheese, fresh blueberries, mandarin oranges, strawberries and sliced grilled chicken cooked to perfection. So delish! We were so hungry and you were so Accommodating. Thank you!

I'll tell you what, Jeff Osterfeld is one of my heroes. That man created Penn Station in 1985, and…read morenothing but good things have come from it. I was first introduced to Penn Station about 5 years ago by some friends before a movie. Here it was, nestled in where I live and work and I had no clue! I had no idea what I had been missing. From my first pizza sub, I was absolutely hooked. Let me guide you through a typical order at my favorite restaurant. You approach the counter. A friendly cashier greets you and asks your name. They'll use this to track you down when it's ready. After you order, it's immediately passed (no waiting or bullshitting) to the person on the grill. The meat, (poor animals), and veggies are grilled in front of you, layered with cheese (poor cows) and then sent through the oven. The bread is always perfectly toasted. On the opposite side of the oven, any delicious toppings you ordered (tomatoes, pickles, lettuce, mustard, etc.) are added to the sub. I really hope you remembered fries. What, you didn't?! WHOA! Hold up, go back, start over, whoa, whoa. Penn Station fries are the tits. Seriously. Best thing about the whole damn store. The fries are hand cut (from a regular old potato) and flash-fried in cholesterol-free peanut oil. They're not that unhealthy for you and ABSOLUTELY delicious. About a year ago, I became a vegan, and all hopes of going back to Penn Station were utterly shattered. Or were they? I found information on Penn Station's site that their bread is indeed vegan! Good news, vegans! "But what would go on the bread?" I pondered. So I decided to just go in and try it. I ordered a bed of grilled mushrooms, a layer of lettuce, some pickles, oregano. Weird, I know. But it was DELICIOUS. It's now my regular sub (with occasional peppers, etc.) and the VERY helpful and friendly staff knows me by name and often has my sub started by the time I enter the store. They don't even charge me full price for the custom dagwood, since the manager says I eat a "lettuce sandwich." I go to this Penn Station every day for my lunch break and I've been to several others in this area. This one is the best. The employees are extremely friendly, the manager is awesome. They always ask me how everything is. They have a sub for every appetite, delicious fries and tasty lemonade. They're vegan and vegetarian friendly, you just have to be creative. Eat at this wonderful restaurant. You won't regret it, and I'm sure I'll see you there.

Great sandwiches and especially the fries. Will definitely return and btw the service was excellent.read more

We have been long time supporters of this restaurant and spend a lot of money here every month. Every once in a while, this location will mess up our order. Whether it's having the toasted sandwiches still cold in the center or having the customizations mixed up between the two different sandwiches, we reserve the right to let them know when they mess these orders up. I have complained twice and yet I have eaten here probably 750 times. I believe that's more than reasonable and does not classify me as a perpetual complainer. The manager yelled at me and my wife today and accused us of having a problem with the food every single one of those 750 times I have eaten here. Even though there has only been two instances. He claims to have a record of dozens of reviews that I have left. Where he says these reviews are he's not sure. This location needs better management. My wife says that one time she also complained because the employees were smoking cigarettes outside and they came inside and they didn't wash their hands and they proceeded to make her food. How this is our fault I'm not sure. How this warrants the way we were treated today I am also not sure.

I'm going to start this out with the amazing points…read more First off, the staff are amazing!!!! From the host/hostess to our server...best service I've had in a long time. Attentive, friendly & makeup on fleek girl...she was stunning. I just had to mention it. Beautiful. Seriously I couldn't have asked for better service. Location...we were staying there for my sisters birthday and you can't beat getting on an elevator and walking a couple steps to have dinner. Yes please! We had been to the restaurant that was there before and the ambiance is similar. Clean and open. No complaints there. Pricing.....very very reasonable. We had one cocktail each, steak and chicken and it was under $100 minus the tip. That's nice!!! Cocktails...the star of the show was the Ashland Sunset....ya had us at Amaretto. So good it's a must!! Now to the food part and I'm gonna be honest cause you know that's how I roll. My sister ordered the filet and I ordered the Tuscan Chicken with Gnocchi. The food reminded me of catered food you would get at a so so wedding. The chicken medallions were just blah. Something about it tasted artificial. Processed or something. I can't put my finger on it but when I think Chophouse I think high quality & this didn't quite make the mark for me. However, for the price it was a good meal. I guess I had higher expectations with a name like Tuscan Prime...but, getting a good meal under $100 has its perks. They do have Sunday brunch that looked nice. Will go there again because of location.

First and foremost, the food is not only excellently prepared but there are many options. Raising Canes offers chicken tenders with only one dipping sauce, and only fries as a side. Slim Chickens offers about 8 dipping sauce flavors (all great) as well as wings in a choice from about 10 sauces, and also great sandwiches, salads and even chicken & waffles! For sides, they offer fries but also fried pickles, okra, and mac & cheese, among other things. For desserts, they have brownies, shakes and jar desserts filled with cheesecake, pudding, cookies, and other items. It is all prepared wonderfully and fresh and not overcooked like Canes. The restaurant is in a cool building made to look like a Southern juke joint. It's bright and airy and has both low and high top tables. It is kept impeccably clean. The service is incredibly friendly and sociable. Staff comes around to collect your trays or garbage or just to wish you a nice day. They greet you walking in and thank you when walking out.
