As far as pizza in the area, the only other place I consider is Pizza Hut or Mata's which is the best pizza around. That being said, I do enjoy Domino's since you can really customize your pizza so well on their website. I usually do carryout, so I cannot say anything about how well they do delivery as I prefer just to pick up the stuff myself so that I can pick up some drinks or get gas at the adjacent Chevron station. Suffice to say, my food is always ready when I get there and the staff is very friendly. My food is always cooked to my specifications as well as I generally order something different every single time. As with most chain restaurants, though, you once in a while get something and you are missing something such as a packet of sauce or once in a while the pizza is sliced a bit strangely, but as far as taste and topping distribution, they do a really good job. read more

I placed an order for 5 large pizzas for $9.99 each and I asked the lady that took my order which would be faster, She said they were about the same, so I chose delivery. We got the order within 30 minutes. When I checked my order, which were on large boxes, the pizzas were all medium size. I called them and the person that answered said they were about large was for carry out only. I asked why didn't the lady that took my order advise me of this and I would have picked them up. We had some people over and didn't have enough food, quite embarrassing. Called back, boss not there. No one called me back. Reported to the main office twice with no response. Typical these days. read more

We recently relocated to Anniston from Oregon. We have always been a fan of Domino's, and the Anniston location did not disappoint. We always order online and pick up. Our orders have been perfect and the quality great. The staff are friendly and helpful. read more

Never use this Domino's. I ordered a pizza and it was never delivered. I called 40 minutes after it placed the order, and 10 minutes after the latest time given for delivery, and the apo stating it was 1 minute out for 10 minutes. When I called, I find out that they dropped my pizza and never remade another one and it would be another 20 minutes for them to make another. When I questioned why another hadn't already been made, he said he just found out it had been dropped. I questioned further about why and was told not everyone has be cross trained to do that. So not everyone is cross trained to raise their hand and say they accidently dropped a pizza. After being given a partial refund I hung up, only to get a phone call back stating they were cancelling my order because the employee who took my card info for the corrected amount stated I cussed her, which I never did. The guy that called me back called me a liar when I stated that I hadn't and she must have misunderstood something I said. So not only do they lack integrity to own up and correct a mistake, they also lie on customers. I have never been treated like this ever! So now over an hour after placing an order for food, I have to find something else to eat. This place is a disgrace. read more

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery tonight. The driver was followed on GPS and he was very late getting to me as he apparently was getting lost. Both pizzas were almost cold and I had to microwave like they were leftovers. One of the pizzas were burned. So much for a quality check by Zachary. What a joke. I am going to the store to get my replacement pizza to make sure it is decent enough to eat. This place pretty much sucks. Take my advice and go down the road to Little Cesars. read more

I called in a phone order for pickup and ask for thin crust when I got home with it it wasn't thin crust and I called them back to explain to them it wasn't what I ordered and the guy who answered the phone told me I should have checked it before I had left bc he said once I leave I can't bring it back up there and I ask him why should I have to check it before I leave it should be right in the first place and he argued with me and told me to take my business somewhere else and hung up on me they are really rude there.I have a YouTube channel and I will let all my followers know so they do go there. read more

Got 2 pizzas cheese bread and wings on time and it was good contrary to what the reviews say

We live in Weaver. 8 minutes down the road from them and this is the second time we've waited an hour and a half for our pizza with no phone call and driver saying he showed up and called. (We sat on the porch the whole time with phones on, so this was a lie.) Manager refused to do anything about it both times. Never ever get delivery from this location. You won't get your pizza and you'll have to fight to get your money back. Not to mention have the manager yell lies at you over the phone. This location will go under soon or hopefully be bought out by new management or something. read more

my review of domino's in anniston and chris the assistant manager. i gavea 1 star. because zero stars were not an option. i order from this place once a week. always spend $45-65.00. but tonight; chris the assistant manager, did not think my $65.00 order was a big enough contribution to their profit margin. i order the same order everytime i order. pay same price everytime i order; but , tonight chris was going to make me pay more. $20.00 more. was he needing gas money. did he need grocery money. was he out of cigarettes. i asked him how come it was higher. he said because of coupons. imaginary coupons that he is the keeper of & gives out as he pleases or doesn't please. he decided that domino's he works at tonight was so far in the black that he did not need my small contribution to their profit funds. chris decided to to let his biggest competitor; papa john's , share in their prfit sharing. i am sure that chris the assistant manager's boss does not think they are far enough in the black to give a $65.00 order to his competitor, papa john's. i bet the owner and franchiser does not think they are far enough in the black that $65.00 would goto papa john's. sounds like management training at domino's is not about customer service. but more about chris's title that he was very proud of. and in telling me that the manager in the mornings would tell me the same thing. go to papa john's then. i dont think that is propper management of this scenerio. i could be wrong; but, chris the assistant manager , pretty much told me to goto papa john's. well thank you chris, the assistant manager. i did order from papa john's. after telling them the ordeal i went through with you and your organization. they apologized for your actions, thanked me for my business, gave me a discount & told me to have a good night. papa john's earned my business tonight. not only did they esrn it, chris the assistant manager gave them my business. congratulations on your promotion chris, the assistant manager. and thanks again for giving my business to papa john's. read more
