I order from a lot of pizza places and this domino's location always rocks. I rarely order it delivered and usually do carry out. Both experiences are consistent. I spent $35 on one pizza. Had my husband pick it up when he got home we opened it and it was not right. It was missing pepperoni, beef, mushrooms, onions, green peppers the sausage and chicken that was on. It was very scarce and it had no flavor and when I tried to call, they kept hanging up on me. I ordered the 2 Medium 2-Topping for $7.99each. Hand tossed. Minus a star for: The overwhelming Salt and Garlic Buttered crust, it was too salty to enjoy. The pizza flavorings otherwise was overall good. The toppings were sporadic and modestly sparse. Forgivable (considering the special, if it weren't for the super-garlic crusts.) The 2nd star was for a $5.99 delivery charge. (As they don't have a dine-in restaurant, THOSE SAVINGS should offset any delivery fee.) Dominoes is the worst pizza in the world. My GF used to work there and they held off toppings on 1 pizza to make 2 in order to make more money. Do not use dominos pizza they are pathetic. Just find a piece of cardboard,, spread some cheese and very little marinara on it and eat it,,,same as Dominoes. UPDATE: I received a call from the GM apologizing for the lack of service and communication. My order has been refunded. I appreciate the follow up and genuine apology for the way everything played out. I will be giving dominos a chance in the future but will not order late at night again. Placed an order @ 9:04 pm. Attempted to call the store at 9:24 to check the status as my order was still showing in "prep" status on the ap. Waited on the phone 10+ minutes, no answer. Hung up. Called back a few moments later and waited another 7+ minutes. No one answered either call. As of 10:18pm my order still shows it is being "prepped". There is no way to cancel the order on the ap or speak with anyone at the store to receive a refund. Terrible customer service. [At 11:49 pm I received from a call from an unknown number. I called about 2 hours ago for three small things. The app said he was on his way, then in my neighborhood, then that it was confirmed. We are still waiting for our "dinner" at 10:00pm... Idk what delivery takes 3 hours but they need to advertise it before we pay for this service. read more

The only reason why I gave this place 1 star was so I could add a comment. I placed an order online at 9:22 pm. I finally received a phone call at 10:38 that my order was ready but there was only one delivery driver. When I asked how much longer it was going to be I was told it would be another hour. I went to pick up my order. I got my food at 11:00 pm. I should have received a phone call if they could not deliver it, so I could have at least picked it up and I could have had hot food. They waited until the food was cold and the pasta had dried out before I received a call and that was after I sent a message through their app asking where my order was. I will never order from this place again. If this is how they conduct business I'm not sure how they stay open! Next time I will order from Mazzio's or Pizza Hut. read more

I give this a one star due to them not wanting to deliver, cause they only had on driver and one employee. Manager need to stick with scheduling of the hours of operation. No need to shut down 2 hours before closing due to one driver and one employee. Should of planed her schedule better. I call this poor management they need to get a new manager. read more

I have been ordering pizza from this store for 5 years and before the service was great but the last 5 orders have been garbage. This last order was played at 6:52pm and at 7:27 I got the text that my pizza was delivered so I waited another 10 minutes before calling the store and asking for the manager. I was told that "she was to busy to take my call". So if you waited another 10 minutes before calling again and finally got my pizza. When I had to drive to go get it. I used to order from Domino's every 2-3 months. I had two negative experiences with them. I order pizza, cheesy bread, and dipping sauces. I ended up getting part of my order left. I did the delivery guarantee report. I got a free medium pizza. That was a good deal. I was okay with that. The next time, I ordered a similar order. They left the dipping sauce and the pizza was grease mess and tasted awful. I contact them. I spoke with a manager. She was willing to remake the pizza and send dipping sauce, but I would have to pay for the delivery. Why would I pay you delivery when you sent sub-standard pizza and service? I declined. She said the next thing that they could do is next order give free dipping sauce. I said fine. However, I have no intentions of reordering any time soon. I am highly disappointed. read more

I really enjoy that I can get rather spicy things from Dominos. They provide hot sauce and some very spicy peppers. If that wasn't the case, I would never order. Most expensive in town for pizza. Average wait time is about an hour. You probably won't get the sauces or drinks you pay for. Also, if you are vegetarian, call the store after you place your order. They throw chicken on everything. Even the veggie choices. It's great when it's done well, but that's rare. Not worth the price unless you don't want to put pants on.
