This one might be a little long but I've finished my 12hr work day and I'm still thinking about it. My coworker gave me her card to order lunch for our team members today. Cool. Easy pz I'll order it and go pick it up. Nope.
Card wouldn't go through on the website- cool thats fine. Not Domino's fault. So I called to place the mobile order- card wouldn't go through there either with the automated bot- cool thats fine. I waited for a "team member" to answer so I could place it that way. No less than 15 minutes pass and still no answer. Cool- maybe they're swamped- I'll drive up there and place my order.
I go up to the drive through window expecting to place it really quick and run to another store. "Hi can I just place an order really quick?"
Dude: "You have to order inside" *slams window.*

I would have drove off if this dang pizza wasn't for my coworkers at this point.
I go inside and check their order screen out of curiosity and see there are only two individual pizzas they're working on- and am like hmm. BUT THEN this same dude walks up and goes "carry out or delivery."
Is it normal to ask carry out or delivery when the person making the order is physically there?? O_O
30 minutes and an incorrect order (of 5 pizzas) later-
I didn't even eat a single slice I was so over it. read more
