This may have been the worst pizza we've ever had. Barely warm when delivered. Burnt crust. Skimpy on the sauce, peppers, onions and cheese (even though extra cheese was ordered) dried out and utterly tasteless. Don't waste your money with this Dominoes. Instead, order from Lake Wylie Pizza and Italian Restaurant. They no longer deliver but the extra effort to pick it up is well worth it. read more

Terrible delivery times and food temperature when it finally arrives. This has been an ongoing problem with this restaurant, beginning about 6 months ago. Orders may be prepared timely (mostly), but then sit for 15, 20, 30 minutes or more before they go out the door, and this is evident from trying to track in the app. Speaking to management gets nothing but excuses about being short staffed, and speaking to drivers yields complaints about the management neither willing to hire sufficient staff nor pay at a rate that retains anyone. Dominos in lake Wylie could easily be a strong contender, but this location, over the past six months, has gone to hell and store management seems to not even remotely care. read more

I've ordered delivery and take out from this location and I have never had a single problem with my order. The time that they arrive is always right on point. I use the APP to order and customize my pizzas so I know exactly when to expect them at my door. I'll continue to oder from you guys and using my APP bc now I have a free pizza to order :) read more

Ordered wings and pizza and when the wings got here parts of them were literally cold like came out of the fridge cold, and other parts we were slightly warm. I guess that's what you get when they leave your food under the heat lamp for 45 mintues. what a waste of money. read more

Has always been ridiculously slow and tonight we made an online order for the first time in a year. Had to wait almost 2 hours for a delivery and when I called to see the status of our order I was told I could just cancel it if I wanted to, called back later and was asked if I could hold and was then put on hold before I even gave a response. If you don't want your order completely screwed up, crappy service, no manners from the "workers," blasting heavy metal, your order completely missed OR a combination of all of those things, then stay FAR away from this crap hole. I have ordered from here a lot--usually delivery. Yesterday I called at 4 on my way home to pick up pizza for dinner. Ordered a large with pepperoni, mushrooms, onions and extra cheese. They said 20 minutes, got there in 10 and it was ready. Looked at it when I got home, and it just didn't look as appealing as a fresh pizza would look--no oozy cheese or sauce. Ate a piece around 7---didn't even finish one piece. Ate something else for dinner and watched a movie. This morning I saw the half eaten piece, and realizing I had a whole inedible pizza in the fridge, I decided to call and let them know. I spoke to Erica, the manager. HORRIBLE!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! The guy, who identifies himself as the GM, has no earthly idea what the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE is and blames the other employees for HIS mistakes! To make a long, ridiculous story short: I order a pizza online for carry out. Got the wrong pizza. Called back and was told that "whoever took your order they put it in wrong" buttttttt AGAIN, I ordered the pizza myself. MY RECEIPT AND MY BOX showed EXACTLY what I ordered, however what I actually ordered was NOT in that box. Guy puts me on hold. Picks up the phone a little early to where I can HEAR THE "GM" yelling..."Tell her I ain't delivering that pizza. I ain't delivering it to her"...really? No one asked this man to deliver a pizza he screwed up on TWICE. While the young gentleman tells me I can pick it up, the "GM" continues to holler in the background...."yo does she want it? Does she want it?" Again, REALLY?!?!?! I tell him I'm picking it up. Drive there to pick it up with the wrong pizza in hand. Walk in, and speak to the "GM" explaining to him what the 3 issues are bc apparently he doesn't understand. After this, his reply "I don't need that pizza. I don't ask my customers to bring back the pizza for proof." SERIOUSLY??? When a customer complains about SERVICE, you blatantly change the subject. Good way to piss me off even more buddy!! I've given this Dominos countless chances due to it being so close to my house. With that said, every single time I order, something is wrong. Delivery times and food temperature when it arrives turned me away from delivery for good. They've taken 45+ minutes on weeknights to deliver to my house that's less than a mile away. My pizza would be stone cold and soggy. I started to carryout only in hopes that it would be fine. Somehow they still couldn't get it right. Sometimes the pizza was undercooked but usually it was missing something. They forgot the buffalo sauce on a buffalo chicken pizza and on a separate occasion they forgot to put pepperonis on our pepperoni pizzas. Not to mention that sometimes they BATHE the pizza in sauce and sometimes, it has no sauce at all. The people in there act like they have no idea what is even going on and it gives me a migraine.
