I loveeee his pizza, definitely is the real New York Pizza. I work in the film industry and I remember the long line to his truck, even crew members on other shows came over for pizza. So my next show, when we had a wrap party I made sure to tell the Assistant director to order Dominics pizza, its authentic pizza and crew will definitely enjoy it, as they did . Every bite reminds me of when I used to live in the Bronx and just took me back to remembering why I loved New York so much. Thank you Dominic for your love and dedication to true authentic pizza read more

Wow. The pizza I had from Dominic's NY Pizza was, without a doubt, the best pizza I've had to date from any sort of food truck or food stand. In fact, the pizza from this truck (technically, it's a trailer pulled by a pick-up truck) stands among the best pizzas I've had anywhere, brick and mortar restaurants included. The trailer has a legit 1000 °F, wood-burning, all-brick oven inside which the staff uses to bake pizzas fresh. Dominic's was one of a few food trucks we had come to our company's summer party this year. Out of all the food trucks that came, this one was my favorite. The special menu for our event consisted of personal-sized 9-inch pizzas. The types available were cheese, pepperoni, sausage and red onion, veggie (spinach and mushroom), and a white pizza made with fresh mozzarella, ricotta, shredded mozzarella, garlic and oil, and Parmesan. Yum. I asked Dominic's son, who was working the truck at the event, how much the personal pizzas regularly cost and he said $9 each. The truck also normally sells garlic knots, calzones, strombolis, other pizza varieties (e.g. Neapolitan), and desserts like cannoli and NY cheesecake. I ordered a pepperoni pizza was it prepared by Dominic's son. He made it to order fast. I watched as he put the toppings on and inserted the pizza into the oven. The oven is lined up with the order/pick-up window, so you have a front row seat to watching your pizza bake. My pizza came out perfectly and it was absolutely delicious. The crust was thin with a soft and chewy middle and crisp, smoky, black, charred edges. The dough had great appetizing consistency and there was a noticeable garlicky flavor which was terrific. The cheese and pepperoni were tasty and addictive. I never expected pizza from a food truck to taste this good. The staff was nice and speedy. They do have that brusque NY Italian manner. I look forward to trying Dominic's again. I'll probably get the white pizza next time. read more

Yesterday we tried Dominic's Pizza at the Fall Ponce Festival and I am glad that we did. I have eaten pizza at probably close to a hundred places and can honestly say this is by far some of the best that I have ever eaten. Dominic's Neapolitan that is made with all fresh mozzarella, garlic, fresh basil and tomatoes is much better than the Neapolitan at Antico Pizza by GA Tech, which is also brick fired. The pizza here is not cheap, expect to pay almost $10 per personal pie, but with the good quality and excellent taste, it's worth it. I really loved the crust here, it tasted like it had some Parmigiano-Reggiano cooked into the crust. I will definitely eat here more often when I see their truck around. Another good thing about Dominic's NY Pizza is this fella is actually from New York kid, he is not just some chump who sell's pizza and call's it NY Pizza to get more business, he knows his pizza. These guys have taken street food to another level! The first time I saw their truck I was fascinated. A brick oven inside a truck? I thought it must be about a thousand degrees in there...and all for a slice of pie...you know these guys must believe in what they do if they're gonna make all that fuss. And fuss not so much as much as good from the very first bite on....I got their Queens which is just a cheese pizza but it's not just a cheese pizza...its the sauce, the mozzarella and the crust which has a hint of wine....mix it all up and it's one memorable eats. Here are some of the items on their menu The Bronx (parmigiana, shredded and fresh mozzarella, cheese, ricotta, garlic and oil, no sauce) The Manhattan (Cheese and pepperoni) The Brooklyn (sausage, bell peppers and onions) The Neapolitan (Fresh mozzarella, garlic, basil and tomatoes) The Queen (cheese pizza) The Staten Island (pepperoni, bacon and sausage) The Vegan (pick 3 toppings: onions, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes or black olives) Additional toppings includes: Bacon, fresh basil, black olives, extra cheese, fresh mozzarella, garlic, jalapeno peppers, meatballs, mushrooms, onions, parmigiana cheese, pepperoni, ricotta, sausage, salami, spinach and tomatoes. Desserts includes: Cannolis, NY cheesecake and Italian rainbow cookies. If they are ever in your area. Run. Don't walk over there... 2nd review 7/23/2016 2/2016 read more

I hate to leave this truck bad feedback but I know this man can cook a better pizza than what he just served me! I don't know what his personal issues may have been this day but I just can't get over the fact of how I went out of my way to eat here and was served the worst pizza I have ever tasted(and I have some bad pizza from little C'S before). (Woodstock,GA,Truck and Tap) Sorry Dom, but I just paid $10 for that and I'm kinda upset and think you deserve to know. I know you can cook a mean pizza and I expected that not what you just served me. read more

Dominic's NY Pizza - Dry, tasteless. It's reminds me of communion bread - Food Trucks Near Me

I've been looking forward to trying Dominic's NY Pizza for some time. Being a native New Yorker and growing up around REAL Pizzerias, I am very critical of restaurants that use 'New York' in their title. One cheese slice from Dominic's took me back to summer afternoons in the Bronx. He captured the essence of what its like to eat a True NY slice. read more

Several things will keep you coming back to Truck and Tap in Woodstock. Easily the top food truck is Dominic's pizza almost every Thursday. Having tried every one of his pies, I can say that there is something for everyone. My kids love it. We get a variety to share for the table . The wait time is fast so you can order 3-4 and eat them while it's hot and just place an order for more. Hot and fresh in no time. I remember my first time talking to Dominic and his family and realizing that no only are you getting great food. You are helping a small business that actually cares about their product and the people who continually come back to enjoy it. Put T&T on Thursday on you calendar to enjoy my favorites, the Staten Island and Neapolitan. read more

"The Staten Island" was perhaps the saltiest piece of pizza I've ever put in my mouth, moreso than any other bacon and meat pizza I've ever had. It was covered in parmesian cheese that I didn't ask for, and wasn't listed as a topping on the menu for that type of pizza. It isn't the big floppy crust that I associate with NY pizza, so it didn't hit the nostalgia spot I was hoping for. The sauce was practically nonexistant. That said, it's cool they have their own portable brick oven, and maybe the other pizzas are less salty, but I'm done with them. read more

Amazing pizza every Thursday at Truck N Tap in Woodstock. Tried the wings yesterday-amazing! always great food!

Ummmm yes please! Came to dry county brewery on a Saturday and Dominic's food truck was here. $8.00 for a wood fire pizza. And yea, it was a real wood fire grill built INTO THE DAMN TRUCK. Amazing crispy thin crust, tasted fresh, good and seasoned. If we had one close to Vinings we'd be there all the time. read more

My wife and I went to the new location in Ballground and had an amazing meal. 2 pizzas that were cooked to perfection and a plate of pasta that was awesome. The best part was getting to hang out with Dominic and his wife. These are two of the best people you will ever meet. I wish you the best of luck at your new location. Can't wait to eat there again. Did I mention dessert? Great homemade ice cream and Italian ice. Really hit the spot on a hot day. :) read more

If I was a cop, I'd pull this truck over everyday. I haven't had a pie this good since I left Italy. This is real pizza, and Dom may be the nicest person in Woodstock. I'd recommend getting a couple pies and walking across the street to Reformation Brewery to eat it. read more

Wow! I am from Boston and this pizza really takes me back home. Delicious, unique, fresh choices. Reasonable prices. Personal pies so I don't have to share with anyone. I love it. Dominic, his daughter Kailee, and his son Sonny are literally burning their arms to cook pizza. It's incredible and the taste really shows through. Thank you for taking me back home and working so hard to do what you do. Will definitely be back on Thursday's at Truck and Tap! read more

It's taken me a while to try Dominic's NY Pizza. They are always so busy so I rarely get the chance. I finally made the time to try it today. Honestly, there's no going back now that I've had this pizza. I'm not usually a fan of thin crust pizza but that's what Dom's is known for. I ordered the Bronx add tomatoes and basil. It came out quickly, with a perfectly crisp crust and it was bursting with flavor. I honestly could not believe the pizza I was eating came off of a food truck. I'm as Italian as it gets and I love pizza. Trust me, you've got to try this place. You won't regret it or maybe you will because you'll have to have it again and again. read more

we ran into this great pizza truck at the Truck and Tap in Woodstock (also a super concept) The pizza choices were terrific and we ordered a Vegan. It was perfect for us. Crispy thin crust, lightly charred in the brick style oven. Very tasty toppings and sauce. Mated up with some chocolate stout it made for a fine lunch. We love brick oven pizza and are big fans of Antico and Varazzano's. But Dominic os right up there with the best and at a better price. We will be back soon, and try to make it on Thursday when the Dominic's truck is there in Woodstock. . read more

I love Dominic's Pizza. They have been at Truck & Tap in Woodstock, GA lately. They are usually there on Tuesdays... I believe the schedule does change some days so check before you go! But if it is Dominic's be sure to get over there! I get The Bronx which is an olive oil and garlic base pizza with no red sauce and ask them to add pepperoni. I work really close to Truck & Tap and it is a happy day when the truck is around. Emily read more

Some of the best pizza I've ever had. Made to order and served fresh. Dominics has made several appearances at a neighborhood family friendly concert that I plan. They have always been very reliable and customers have been very happy with the service and quality. The wood fired brick oven adds a nice touch and ambiance to whatever outdoor setting you are in. Plus it must have something to do with the great quality of pizza. read more

We used Dominic last Friday for our 65th job anniversary. We had his Italian ices and ice cream. It was a perfect dessert to the food we served. I loved the ice cream flavors. The red velvet was my favorite. You can tell it was homemade. I would also, like to thank Dominic for the great customer service you gave from start to finish. We had Dominic's cater my son's wedding. They arrived early and had everything set up and ready to go in plenty of time for the reception. The pasta trays and salads were delicious. Dominic catered my husbands surprise birthday party. Since my husband is a pizza snob but LOVES Dominic's pizza, I really wanted to have it for the party. It was a great experience! The food was top notch! From pizza to wings, salads, and cheesecake the group devoured the deliciousness! I also have to say working with Dominic and Miranda couldn't have been easier. The salmon special today was so good! Love this truck and the awesome people that come along with it!

Thursday's mean Dominic's NY Pizza.. but thats not what i had when i came by truck 'n' tap woodstock, what was on the menu was a wood fired sirloin steak with baked potato, all cooked through the oven. The result was a hardy, juicy, and perfectly up-to-temp sirloin with a delicious flavor only that wood fired oven could deliver! They seem to be making a serious effort into the wood fired proteins which pays off tremendously in their burger and once again in the steak. If you're a "meat and potatoes" kind, Dom and family can set you right! read more
