Dr. Douleh and Ms. Patricia were terrific…read more Dr. Douleh is only the 3rd Dentist in my life to perform the specific services on my teeth that were completed today. Dr. Douleh explained the steps he was going to perform which helped me to be at ease with him as my new Dentist. As a registered professional nurse and Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD), Dr. Douleh understands the importance of establishing and building trusting relationships with his clients. Dr. Douleh is professional, a good listener, an expert at his craft and is confident in his abilities. Ms. Patricia was the dental assistant who helped Dr. Douleh today with my services. Their professional interactions and his tone of voice when providing directions to the dental assistant validated the respect Dr. Douleh has for his team and the clients he is privileged to care for. Thank you for a great experience today. I was a bit apprehensive but after praying I trusted the team and my services went well. I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge the front desk team: Tara, Cindy, and Ms. Chantal (office manager); and of course, Bree, my dental hygienist. Thank you to all for keeping the office and bathroom clean, welcoming and professional. Sincerely, Michelle M.

The filling was right in the front of my tooth, and it's the by far the best one I've ever had for this tooth. She's very detailed oriented and takes her time to make sure you are happy with your experience and results. The dental assistant that worked with her (I don't remember her name ) was soo great too! She ensured we were comfortable as well. Kudos to them both for taking pride in my smile and my husband's smile

Took my daughter here for cleaning and exam. With Covid we havent been for a little over a year…read more She went from no cavities last time to SIX. I took her to a family friend who is a dentist. (unfortunately his office does not accept her insurance) for a second opinion. He wrote down his findings and told me what he saw. I take his recommendations to her appointment with me today and the dentist seemed upset that I actually took her for a second opinion. She would not even look at what he had recommended. She said that she too went to dental school and it didn't matter to her. She was very vague about what exactly my daughter needed done and would not go into details with me. She made me seem like i was a jerk for getting a second opinion regarding my daughters health. We finally agreed that she would fill the one cavity. She put the q- tip with the gel on it for literally 5 seconds before injecting my daughter. I know from experience they let that sit on the gums a few minutes before the injection to give it time to numb the area. After the filling of the tooth you would think the Doctor would talk to me but no. The assistant came to tell me that the tooth might require a root canal. He said they will look at it next time she comes back. There will not be a next time.
