The experience here has been everything but good. This is day 2 of trying to see a dentist. The first day I sat for about 2 hours and 45 minutes before the receptionist even asked for my ID and medical card information and there were only 4 ppl in the waiting area. It resulted in me having to leave because of work. When explaining that archive to leave due to the wait and me having to get to a meeting, the receptionist had the nastiest attitude and customer service skills. Upon leaving I called to make an appointment for the following day due to the wait I endured the day before. Furthermore, here at the dentist office, now have waited a hour and 45 minutes and still have yet to be seen when others are walking in after me and being called back is an outrage especially when you had a 9am appointment time. I will certainly be calling to get them removed from the insurance provider. They are very unprofessional, they are never on time, always late and everyone has an attitude that works at the front desk. Never offered/suggested to contact the insurance company, just told me I can make an appointment for another day. This place is a NIGHTMARE!!! Needed a root canal and was told my latest appointment I could schedule was 3pm due to the length of the procedure. I was 10mins early and waited 10mins shy of 2hrs!! I asked for a medical record release form and walked out. They have complete disregard for my time. The help at the desk acted as if it was my fault due to my aggrivation. First of all let me say that I have been coming to this dentist office since they first opened and I love the place. All three of my children and myself have been seen by Dr. Antony and she wonderful. But let me break the whole thing down for you. The office: clean, professional, and I and my children all love the play area they have. Not once have I came in to an unclean, nasty environment..even their windows are smudge free. The bathrooms are clean and fresh smelling. The playroom is also very clean considering the amount of children that run in and out of it. And each dentist area is clean and well organized. Staff: Every time I come in I am greeted and taken care of as timely as possible. They are very busy and move as fast as they can. They are always polite and honestly I think they have alot of patience listening to the kids scream in the playroom. lol. This office is ran by a lovely lady named Sheri and she does a darn good job keeping everything and everyone organized. She is hands on and helps as much as she needs to or can. She does not all sit back and watch, like other places I have been to. The staff are a wonderful team in themselves, everyone works together well and pleasantly. There is no negativity or hostility among anyone....its like a little family. Dr. Antony: She is the most patient, gentle dentist I have been to. She is thorough and communicates well. My youngest son had to have cavities filled at the age of five this year which required him to be numbed wIith a needle....not once did he flinch, scream, or cry. He was such a big boy but it is also because of the gentleness of Dr. Antony. I will be going here until the day, God forbids, they close. I tried to go to different dentist office because they were closer but they were so unprofessional and careless. I will never even think about changing dentist ever. And for everyone who complains about the waiting time either on the phone or in the office, I agree but for a different reason. That place is one of the best dentist offices I have been to, and that is why the wait is so long. This office is very busy because of their wonderful customer service and they have alot of patients. Also there are restaurants in the area, if you don't want to wait, you can leave and one of the office members call you when they are ready for you. I've done it before. I highly recommend this office and they are no where near Ghetto, also for anyone who have been waiting for a while its up to you as an adult to ask questions, it won't hurt to ask how long the wait will be. They are merchants and not healthcare providers. The dentist should be ashamed of themselves..... The wait time is entirely too long. They overbook, cram in walk-ins on top of appointment. It's a catch 22, if wait 2 hours to get service by then you are at the point of no return, you've wasted so much time there is no point in leaving. This place is just horrible on service. read more

BEWARE!! They called me several times to confirm my daughter's appointment but expected me to wait over an hour after my appointment time to be seen. They never even told me they were running that far behind when I walked in. It wasn't until I was sitting there for over 30 min that I asked how much longer? Receptionist goes to the back to ask then comes back and says it'll be awhile, like at least another 30 min. What?? They told me they could accept public aid and do my dentures so it has now been about eight weeks and I still have no teeth the appointments are weeks apart I usually have to call to get one because nobody ever contacts me when the teeth come in they are sent across country every time they need adjustment so it takes weeks and weeks to get it done and if it ever gets done I will update my review dr. The problem with this office is that they accept walk ins. Unless you have a dentist dedicated to only walk ins the service will always be slow. The service is the worst for patients with an appointment. I only going back be cause I have to finish a service but this will be the last time. Sorry. Dentistry... like anything in the medical field is tough, and filled with tons of unexpected things. This location does a phenomenal job at seeing it's patients, making each one of them feel special. I have had 2 dentist here so far ... Dr. Hood and Dr. O who have just shown me nothing but kindness, as they fixed the MULTIPLE of oral issues that I have had in the past. Again... I love this Dentist office, and would recommend them to all my friends and family. Im not sure the front manger's name, but she also is a pleasure to work with. She is kind, and very professional . I was a new patient at Dental Dreams.The staff was friendly, but I should've looked at reviews before making my decision to book an appointment here! I got to my appointment on time, but still waited almost 30mins before going back; ok, no biggie. Then I get back there, No dentist, they were all on break. The assistants needed to take xrays, since I'm new, but after several attempts couldn't get the machine working. (Learned a bit later it wasnt the machine, it was the people) again not really tripping things happen. So the assistants says she'll let the dentist know. I guess the dentist forgot I was there because they half to ho remind her that she had a patient; which I waited about 30mins before she came, but that time did include the assistants trying to take my xrays. I saw Dr. Brown! She finally comes, but still needing xrays she tells the assistants, so a new one came in. She came in with a trainee, I'm all for learning but she couldve said I was gonna be a guinea pig just as a courtesy, but non the less they got the xrays the other assistants couldn't. Dentist comes back with assistant to start, mind you one of the same assistants that couldn't get my xrays. I've been to plenty of dentist to know, new or old, you do not have one suction tube in the patients mouth and another following what the dentist doing. Saying that because as she moved so did the suction tube in my mouth. I had to hold my tongue an uncomfortable way so I wouldn't choke on it. The whole time being splashed with water, and water running down behind my kneck, because it was running from my mouth. The dentist didn't say anything until she noticed I was getting very uncomfortable, and then tried to show the assistant how to position the tube in the mouth. At this point though its too late, I'm Wet! Sorry for the long post, but I needed to share my experience. The staff needs to be better trained, and they should not book patients when All the dentist go to break! I was a new patient so that was my first time there! But I will not return for my next cleaning, I'm looking for a new dentist! read more

I called to make an appointment for dental examination for my child's school and as soon as they pick up the phone they put me on hold for 30 minutes then when i hung up and called again they put me on hold and hung up, i called again they turned the answering machine on! i called again and they put me on hold for 15 minutes before they could set up an appointment! totally unprofessional customer service on the phone.. and at the appointment the next day, the waiting time was o.k. but the whole building smells like pee!!! everything looks clean, but it smells and stuffy pee smell air as if a group of homeless people broke in and peed everywhere overnight! somebody clean up this building of the pee smell! i will Not be going back there in the future and will find a cleaner dentist. read more

I had a 5:30 p.m. appointment for my 2 grandsons. We were finally called to the "back" at about 7:05 p.m. (mind you this is on a school night). Waited another half an hour and at that point I was done and we left! 2 hours wait even with an appointment is ridiculous!!!! I think they provide a good service when they eventually get to you. I have never waited less then an hour. Children can't sit still that long, they get tired and restless. They have absolutely NO time management skills. The last time I went I arrived early 5:45 for a 6:00 appointment. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a dental office. I received treatment at this establishment just a few weeks ago and my teeth are still hurting. I made two visits to this office. My initial visit was for a cleaning and check-up, which resulted in a painful mouth and fillings. The dental hygienist seemed irritated and was very unfriendly. She walked me back to the room where i would be receiving service and walked away leaving me there for an additional 20 minutes before another dental hygienist came to do my x-rays. This hygienist was actually pleasant and I would have preferred her to continue my treatment but the other unpleasant hygienist returned to assist with my cleaning and fillings. After a very painful cleaning and getting fillings, I did not receive any instructions regarding follow-up care. The dental hygienist walked away while the dentist just worked on the computer screen. I was not given any water to rinse my mouth, no paper towels to dry my hands, no take home or follow-up instructions, and not given to opportunity to ask questions. When I tried to ask questions I was just ignored. In fact before receiving my cleaning and fillings, whenever I asked the dentist a question, I felt as if she was annoyed that I had so many questions. My second visit was due to the pain that I was continuing to experience. The second visit was better than the first as I saw a different dentist that at least attempted to answer my questions. The same dental hygienist was there and she seemed irritated that I was back and asking so many questions. My third time I was in contact with this office, I spoke to I believe the dental hygienist that cared for me over the phone and she said that I could come in again and that tooth sensitivity after fillings is common. I have had fillings before and if I did experience sensitivity it subsided within a few days. Just like another reviewer wrote, it is true that regardless of whether you have an appointment or not, you will be waiting for at least an hour. I gave this place one star because of the new office manager who apologized about the experience that I had with one of the dentists. I found out that there have actually been many complaints regarding this particular dentist and that she was seeing what could be done to address these complaints. I actually felt like she cared and was sincerely sorry about my treatment. If you want to wait and don't mind being serviced by impatient and unfriendly providers this is the place for you. read more

Dental Dreams? Dental Demons more like it. This place is a dump, has a horrible 'old man' smell, you have to wait forever to be seen, the staff is unprofessional (yes the dentists, too) and rude. If you call, be prepared to be put on hold IMMEDIATELY. Funny thing is, they just put you on hold so they can talk to each other. I tested this out once. I called from my cell phone while watching them through the window while there was only one patient waiting. They picked up the phone, told me to wait, and then went back to talking. Dr. Raheem Sheblak has been an exceptional dentist. She takes the time to discuss treatment plans. Her honesty, compassion and advice is above and beyond reproach. I have been to many dentists in my life, but Dr. Sheblak has by far been the best. She has treated me as more than "just another patient ". The work she has performed on me ( full dentures) top & bottom has been awesome. Painless and caring..... TOP NOTCH. No one enjoys a visit to the dentist, but Dr. Sheblak is fantastic!!! Thank you!!! We have now been to Dental Dreams on a couple of occasions and both times have been very well cared for. Both Dr. Emile and Dr Antony have cared for my grandson. They both were very patient and made my grandson feel at ease. They are a very busy office but take time out to make sure that their patients are comfortable and get the care that they need. Office manager Sheri Smith even took the time to call in a written prescription for us so that it would be ready when we got to the pharmacy.We will be going back to this office, they take good care of us and the dentists are top notch read more
