It is clean, and can be quite crowded because it is difficult to find such a nice and well stocked gift/collectible shop. The owner is a nice man but a bit gruff. He has his process and he sticks to it. One thing at a time and the boxes for items are all located in a back stock room so it can take him some time for each person and each item. His son was so welcoming and so nice! We were there awhile so he brought us small bits of candy to try and then brought us chairs as we were there past closing. An awesome host!! A great counter-balance to his father. When I left, I found that the father/owner had given us a full size Ritter (German chocolate bar) as a thank you. I only wish that the shop had more customer friendly hours ... as with many small towns and shops in them, they closed at 5 on Saturday and then were closed on Sunday and for holidays.
