Location is great and the room is clean so 3 stars for that...but the room, bed, and shower are tiny. This seems to be typical in EU. The pillow feels like nothing and the towels are outdated. We also had a very difficult time finding the parking area for the hotel with the front entrance being a courtyard with no street access, you have to find your way to the back entrance. read more

It is a great hotel! Room is small , especially the shower. But it is very clean and staff is very very nice! Free parking is also a plus. In addition to this, it is located next to the pedestrian walk, so many stores with good prices in the area, however, they all close at 6:30. Also in the area you will have plenty of options for diner, awesome cuisines. Hotel has wi-fi, it costs 6 euros for 24h, but it is not too good though. I used skype but could not use the camera for example.... What I loved the most was the staff (again!!) and free breakfast. Simple, with everything you need, from yogurt, bread, eggs, to fruits, cereal, juices, etc ... What I hated the most?? Pillows.... they were the worst I have ever seen. This is no deserving four star hotel. Even with a three star rating, this would be disappointing. Bathroom door was some sort of sliding plank of wood with gaps all around the edges - afforded nil privacy; room was dirty - many areas had dust and hair, and other things I care not to imagine, mould in shower, and bedding smelled strongly of sweat. No air con, and my window opened onto a shabby concrete delivery alley which was noisy in the morning. Worst of all, whilst some staff were OK, in a fairly disinterested way, one member of staff was hostile and rude to the point of leaving my mother feeling both intimidated and unsafe. In my view, this does not even approximate a decent standard as the rating and prices would normally ensure. In fact, it paled in comparison to all of the, generally fantastic, three-star hotels I had along my way. I would not ever go back, or recommend this place to anyone I cared about. There are far, far better places at a fraction of the price. For me, this is one to avoid at all costs: it does not come close to matching reasonable expectations these days. read more
