I booked them on a Monday for a Friday move, I booked two movers yet three showed up, to move a bedroom set and boxes. They showed up an hour late without any notification. My boyfriend and I paid for 3 hours worth of moving help from this company. I made sure that that was the price they would charge us and not a penny more! They placed an extra 50 dollar charge on the credit card along with the 230 dollar charge, which I inquired about. The man I was working with over the phone informed me that the 50 dollars would fall off after the move, and that the only amount I would be paying would be the 230 dollars we agreed upon. I told my parents the exact amount of hours I had paid for. My parents went over the moving time by a half an hour. They paid the difference after the move was done, which was $85 dollars. I checked the statements on Sunday and I noticed the 50 dollar charge had not fallen off. I called the company and talked to someone named Chi-Chi, who courteously informed me that she would look into it and call us back. She calls us back on Monday and tells me that the 50 dollars that was supposed to fall off was used to pay off what was left because my parents went over the hours. I informed her that they had paid the difference, and there shouldn't be any other charges left. That 50 dollars is supposed to come back to us. She vehemently refused to process a refund for the 50 dollar charge and even went as far as threatening to take my parents to court to retrieve the fraudulent charge if we were forced to process a chargeback. I am extremely disappointed, because I trusted this company with my family and they clearly took advantage of the situation. I knew that they were a small business and I was happy to support their business and even let people know about their excellent customer service. Now I know it was all a disguise.
