You can tell from the start cleanliness is held to a high standard here, and the vibrant displays coerced me to pick something up. I ate 3 in one sitting... that is A LOT of donuts for me. Two is usually pushing my limit. I LOVED THEM!!! The only down fall to Shipley's is... since he bought so many we had quite a few leftover. We boxed them back up and decided to save them for the next day. They are no where near as good the next day... I even tried heating them up in the microwave for a few seconds... they were just BLAH! So, make sure you only get enough to eat that day because if you have them the next day you may be disappointed.

Food is good, however the customer service is questionable. After I ordered and got to the window to pay, the lady asked me if I wanted a bag for my food, yes, and if I wanted napkins, yes, and if I wanted my receipt, YES, who would not want a bag, napkins and their receipt ? I had ordered: 2 plain sausage kolaches, 2 plain cake donuts, and a dozen donut holes, i guess if i did not want a bag, i would have to just throw all the food onto my center console or front passenger seat, and if I did not want napkins, I guess I would have to wipe my hands all over my clothes.
