Admittedly there are some obvious growing plains the store has, for some reason they restrict certain ages from entering SO PARENTS BEWARE!! You can't take your kids (atleast as of 2021) , another interesting point is the requirement that all boxes be opened at the counter, I can see why this is needed but the amount that they require this is... a little much I have many many stories of being falsely accused of opening boxes and at times even being yelled at for doing so just because of my proximity to an open box (not because I opened the box) Other than that the place is a cool novelty and most of the time is a great experience, just be aware that there are some weird rules but they are TOTALLY worth following for the steals you can find here :)

Date of Visit: 5/13…read more I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with a cashier named Annette. During my visit, I witnessed Annette engaging in what appeared to be racial profiling toward a Hispanic customer. Rather than handling the situation professionally, she openly agreed with another customer who made a comment suggesting the individual " she should learn how to speak English." Her behavior was inappropriate, unprofessional, and offensive. While the main customers are Hispanics. On top of that, when it came time for us to check out, Annette told us to look for the same skirt but with a price, even after we told her it was the last one on the shelf. She expected us to do her job and locate the information ourselves. This was my first time visiting the store, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. No one should be made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected while shopping.

I loved the fact there was so many different things to look at and choose from throughout the store. The lady who checked me out was super sweet and very welcoming. I bought a super cute consignment kimono and my daughter got a crochet plush. This is a little hole in the way shop with a whole lot to offer. I searched through the men's & women's clothing sections and found 2 items I wanted to buy: one women's cardigan sweater and one women's button up blouse. There are placards on the clothing racks that include a price and the words "unless marked individually." When I brought the items to the cashier, she stated that neither had prices on them (so shouldn't they have been the posted price??). She then turned and conferred with another employee about what the prices should be. These items were nothing special. I was expecting the usual rate (around $4-$5), but she turned back to me and said $12 each! I was dumbfounded. I could buy similar items brand new for the same or lower prices. I said no thanks and left with nothing. I will not be returning to this store.
