There is a couple of things that are consistent; the manager/owner is rude and unhelpful and the staff seem worn out and frustrated (probably due to the individual mentioned previously), but most of them seem helpful. Everyone is always helpful and they carry a number of things I can either only find at Big Lots or are significantly cheaper at Big Lots. This was the eighth Dollar Tree in the surrounding Spokane area that I had been to to see if they had it. I looked through all the stock they had on display and couldn't find the one I wanted. The manager was so kind and willing to help. She found a brand new unopened box of the item and after weeks of looking all over town, I was finally able to get some! She also went in the back and brought out another item that I asked for that hadn't even been put out on the floor yet. This store is my favorite in the entire area. They carry more items than a lot of the Dollar Trees closer to me. Great store! Great staff!
