Said that is there policy. Said he didn't know if I had swapped already, implying I was doing something shady. Asked customer service for a manager other than auto. Courtney told me the manager was on leave, I asked for another manager, she said what can I help with? I'm the front lead. Explained my situatio which she referred me back to automotive, which I no longer wanted to deal with. She called Bailey (the auto manager) who came up and said she couldn't do anything without a receipt. Even though the manufacturer date was less than 2 months ago.
