TL:DR - This place has great items at great values. But I'd steer clear of buying any high prices…read moreelectronics or "machines" like vacuums or instant pots. This place isn't an authorized retailer which may affect your warranty. In addition, buying returned items opens them up to scammers. I stopped in here while the wife was shopping in front of the plaza. Was really excited since we were about to move and this place has just about everything at super cheap prices. They have clothes, shoes, kitchen stuff, rugs, couches and so much more. My wife and I ended up spending over $600 on an instant pot, Dyson V11, bathroom towels, electric kettle, and pots/pans. After 4 months, only the towels, pots/pans, and electric kettle are still with us and working. As soon as we got home with the Dyson V11, we quickly realized that someone had previously bought a V11, replaced it with a v10 (the previous year's model) and returned it in an effort to scam the clubstore out of money/a newer model. Not only was it the wrong model, but it was heavily used and had used nail clippers in the box. Thankfully the store has a 30 day no questions asked return policy, but the worker tried arguing with me that it was the V11 when it clearly was not, which was super frustrating. Now after just 4 months, the instant pot stopped working for zero reason, and the instant pot company won't replace it under warranty because the clubstore outlet isn't an authorized retailer. All in all, I think the clubstore outlet provides great value for non electronic items, like towels soap, shoes, etc, but I'd never by any high value item here again.

Just like the warehouse clubs, FB has created their own products to pass savings on to their shoppers and here you do not need to have a membership card to save. This shopping visit was all about my New Years Resolution to live a healthier lifestyle. I remembered seeing Yoga mats on my last visit, so I came back to get one for the class I am starting. The mat is very comparable to others I've looked at for $20-$25 and I only paid $5. I was also able to get a Yoga block for only $4. I also found some very functional and practical containers for packing lunches. Now I have no excuse not to pack a healthy lunch. It will stop me going out for fast food. Another goodie I found was a small cookbook called 100 Healthy Foods. Logically it listed 100 healthy foods and then gave you a healthy recipe to enjoy them. I avoided the temptation of their huge candy department. The cashier even commented on my strength. She saw me circling the display, with the eyes of a child. If you're headed to the movies, I do recommend you come here and buy your movie treats and sneak them into the theater. When I shop here, I shop like I do at Bath and Body Works and that is with no basket. We have been long time customers since 2004 and have shopped at every store in the St. Louis area! We just discovered that they terminated us from the reward program because we made to many exchanges!!! We have a large family and frequently make large purchases and my husband is very picky and hard to fit. He normally exchanges 4 items a year. But the other 35 purchases our family makes every year are very rarely returned or exchanged.. It's their own crazy system that requires everything's on the receipt to be returned and then rebought when an exchange is made. Fix your damn system and don't penalize customers for needing to make an exchange. Oh and if you want to make a return, they want your receipt, driver's license and a pint of blood! Well maybe not the blood part! Looking for a new shoe store for our family. Corporate says we could get our rewards reinstated in another 6 months !!! They can take their reward system and stick it.... Oh, they took our ability to receive rewards away for a year and 1/2 for making over 4 exchanges in. a year!!!
