Where's the NEGATIVE star rating ?? Only saw 2 employees working on a busy Sunday afternoon. Not only were they rudely speaking to eachother back and forth but they DIDNT have any BAGS ! Grrrr... When I asked why they weren't ordered before they ran out the male employee with the long curly hair "said it wasn't his job". Pathetic customer service. I enjoy coming here for my essentials but noticed that their stock has become very limited even for nonessential items. Ladies there are not the friendliest. It may help to know when they restock their items but I did notice a lot of their items are older stock and a lot of the newer items I tend to search for are never there. read more

Dollar Tree is a fun place to shop! There is always something fun and interesting to find on the shelves. I like the seasonal merchandise. The store is kept pretty clean and the turn over of merchandise means there is always new and fun products filling the shelves. This store is in a large strip mall with a good variety of stores and eateries. There is ample parking. Depending on the direction you are coming from and the direction you are going after, it can be difficult to get in and out of the parking lot without breaking some laws. Came here with my fiance and mother last night after dinner, looking for some more things for my upcoming nuptials. I was pretty happy with some of the things that I scored for only $1 each (about $1.10 after tax). The aisles were easy to walk through and it was pretty easy for me to find everything that I was looking for. Staff was helpful, but few in number. Most of this stuff is probably made in China though, so not too sure if you have certain reservations about that, but I'm pretty happy with it (except I wouldn't buy dog toys for my dogs here because I wouldn't want to risk them getting sick or poisoned or something... same with maybe food items here...sorry Dollar Tree, nothing personal but yea..) Anyways, parking was plentiful (this location is located in the same plaza as Barnes and Noble, Marshals and Baja Fresh). One last thing, make sure you bring a bag, if not, you will either end up carrying all of your items out the door with you or pay 10 cents for a bag. read more

I usually go here time to time but this time was upsetting. It was 3 mins till closing and my baby and I walk in to get him a juice and right away a worker tells me we are closed then I told her we have 3 mins till closing then with an attitude tells me not on my time its 9 and we are closed. I wanted to get a single balloon for a birthday surprise. Needed only to last two or three hours at most. They were out of helium. No prob. They had several balloons floating in the store that we were willing to buy. We told the cashier we just needed a plain balloon and she was willing to get one for us. It just needed string. The ceiling here isn't high, but it did require a little effort in getting a step stool to get. We were walking towards the balloon area and a younger woman/employee walked by to get to the office and told us they were out of helium. We said we only wanted *that* one and pointed to one on the ceiling. Then she gave us attitude and said there's not enough air in it and proceeded to walk away. The cashier was in the process of helping us get it, but for some reason, this other lady had the final say in that short interaction. It was beyond frustrating. We were customers willing to buy a product that's not in the best shape. It required very little effort to help us with this sale. Dollar tree, this person is a representation of your store. The women who work there are grumpy old women. They were telling the children in the store not to touch things. I witnessed a child like 3 or 4 years old looking at water toys... as soon as he went over to touch it, one of the older women came and said don't touch that! Not be carful or anything but DONT TOUCH THAT. Then she followed him around the store with her eyes and told him not to touch the balloon string and not to touch the hula hoops. I seen another child open the freezer and she said get out of there!! Grumpy and they don't like to clean up because there older! Kids are going to touch things! It's not your home! The review is only base on the employee last night when they closed at 9:00. My friend and I went in around 8:45. We were looking around in the store. We did not know they close at 9. There were no announcement. And then a 50ish Asian woman suddenly show up in front of us and yelled at us " we are close." She seems very angry and rude. she rushed us to go. i go to my change jars. count out all the pennies, nickels, and dimes before i head over to the dollar store. i like that i've never got a sigh of annoyance from the cashiers. guess they are used to counting change. i love that this dollar tree is not too crowded (sometimes you can go to a dollar store swarmed with people). you can get an umbrella for $1. batteries buckets brooms etc... ...and don't forget balloons!! it's graduation season. you can even buy the balloons in advance, then go back to the store with your receipt to have them filled with helium for when you need it. it stays open until 10pm!! read more

This place is very convenient, right across the street from 24 hour fitness that I attend. The workers here are pretty forthcoming and the place is kept tidier than 99 cent store, which isn't saying much. The price is just right too, $1 who can complain!? read more

I love going to Dollar Tree! They always have the stuff I need, and because I live alone, so the amounts are perfect for me. If you aren't the type of person that has to have brand name products, then Dollar Tree is the place to go. Bad service. Came here right after dinner & of course my little ones needed to go to the bathroom right away. I asked for a bathroom & they said, "No they're out of order, " & directed me to a Bajas. Bajas was far & closed & all other surrounding stores were non food retail stores- so they had no bathrooms. So he didn'tmake it. I struggled to find clean clothes, luckily found some, & changed him in the car. I finally came back back & continued to look. They asked me if i found Baja & I said "No he didnt make it." Instead of an I'm sorry or other apologies she just gave us a disgusted face. This was really upseting. Who does that to a kid? Then another potty call. I didn'teven bother to ask after that horrid appalling face. I tried to go Baja again. So I made it but yeah they were closed but kind enoughto let a struggling mama into the bathroom. And of course he still didn't make it cuz it was too far by the time we got in. Came back to DollarTree third attempt to shop. Continued shopping or at least I tried. Passed by the back only to see that ONLY the female bathroom had an "Out of order" sign & not the males. & Of course my other little one tells me they gotta go. I asked my husband to take the little one. So he asks & he gets the same response -"It's out of order too" Really??????? All all your bathrooms are out of order? Really? How do their employees or any person go to the bathroom around here? Liars!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's an easy method to keep non customers and unwanted persons like homeless people ( as well as customers in the process ) from using the bathroom while not discriminating. It's also lazy as it's less work having to regulate who are the real customers. Come on people it's just a family with little toddlers learningto control their bladder. Love coming here for some household cleaning supplies and household knick knacks. I recently moved and found most of my moving needs, kitchen shelf covers, waste bags and such. Only down side is parking is a mess, terrible drivers, so be careful backing out. read more

I really like this store. You find such great deals but the only mess up thing you find here is that they only have one cashier. It can take up to 1/2 before you are able to walk out even if you need to buy 2-3 things. I love the items they have but also they need to change the way the ring the items. It does not make sense that each items has to be scan, one by one. They need to change that urgently so the line does not take so lonng. read more

If I could give this store a 0, I would. I was the next customer to the balloon line. The customer in front got over 40 balloons. When it was our turn the person helping just left. We stood there for five minutes and ask the next cashier where she went. She said she went on break and told us to stand in line. When we look at the other line she told us to stand on, it was like 10 customer!!! She didn't even say she'll help us. I left! read more
