I come here often, I like that many of the items I buy are always in stock, yet the place is usually unorganized.. The candy aisle looks like several young children each had 5 minutes to grab as much candy as they each could as fast as they could LOL and ransack the place. I'm still going to be a customer here. There cashiers are always friendly, no complaints there. I like the location On Yulupa, because it's always stocked and organized. I just happen to live closer to the RP location. read more

The store itself is your typical dollar tree. Employees are nice. My only problem is. it's in the upper 80s outside almost 90. No HVAC in the store. It's totally turned off. read more

DUMP, DUMP, DUMP! So I wasn't sure what to expect when we went to a dollar store looking for gift bag filler items. But I certainly wouldn't have guessed how bad this place was. The carpet alone doesn't look like it's seen a vacuum in months if not years. There is garbage on the floor and on the shelves. Literally looks like a small child stocked the shelves by tossing whatever was close onto the shelf from five feet away. We walked in, kind made a pass through he chaos and out the door. We may have paid more across the parking lot but we didn't have to dig into piles to see what was there. read more

It's a nice location next to Walmart in RP. It is always stocked and has what I need. It does often seemed cramped and a little untidy But overall the service is good and the people are pleasant. read more

I was in today just to grab a couple of seasonal items when me and my boyfriend went to check out a cashier was being EXTREMELY rude to a customer and when the manager was called (who didnt show up) the customer knocked on the door just to be greeted by a rude manager who told her "B*tch go shop at walmart" and now if that wasnt enough there was a line at a register that had its light on indicating it was open... the manager shouted at the whole line "Cant you see this register is not in use!" But the employees had said both registers were open! Oh and on top of all of this the store is FILTHY! I do not recommend going to this store! There is another one near safeway! That is 100x better than this shit hole! read more

This store always looks like it just had a Black Friday sale. There are almost always long lines going down aisles. The merchandise is good but it's best to go early before it gets messy. Cabt beat the price though. read more

I visited this location for the first time today. I was very happy to see they had just stocked their Christmas items as I was running some errands and remembered I had some things I needed to exchange! I brought my items in and had chosen new items to exchange. Upon getting to the register I let the cashier know that I was going to exchange. Without missing a beat the first thing the cashier said was "let me see what store you bought them from" I was a little shocked to hear this, but handed her my receipt. As soon as she saw she said "I can't return it because you didn't buy them here" I let her know I have bought and return items at different dollar stores and I had never had an issue. The cashier refused so I ended up leaving the items I had chosen. She seemed a little annoyed I didn't want to purchase the new items and stated "it's not that I don't want to. I can't return it. Every store has different rules." I ended up going back to the one on stony point where I ended up asking an assistant manager if I could exchange things with items I had purchased at another dollar store. The manager told me as long as I have the receipt they have to honor it. It is their policy! I was very upset the cashier did not want to exchange my items at this location. I was very excited I had found everything I was looking for plus more, but her tone of voice and her unwillingness to help turned me away. I know not to exchange things here anymore (bummer because it looks like they have a lot more than the one closer to me and I tend to me in RP quiet often) read more

The most incompetently rude obnoxious staff I've ever encountered at any business, that includes those that work at Federal and State entities. There are deals to be had, but for a few pennies more you can go into a cleaner store nearby and buy what you need. Don't waste your time at this store. read more

Despite this place always being messy and them being understaff, I can find my way around. It's a dollar store ladies and gentlemen, don't expect something extravagant, so no need to complain. They usually have what I need and I always come here for little nic nacks for holidays or events. Expect to wait in line for at least 5 or so minutes because usually there is one cashier but that's okay. That's how you can make friends with the people around you. You get what you pay for. The staff are usually friendly and attempt their best to help, well from my experiences. read more

Worst customer service ever!! As The cashier by the name of Melody is ringing up my items my two kids 5&2 were playing with eachother. Not running around or making a mess just messing around with eachother next to me. This rude cashier yelled at my kids to stop what they were doing. How dare she?!! If you have a problem with the way my kids are playing or behaving YOU tell me and I will handle the situation! I don't know who she thinks she is yelling at my kids. What an unprofessional individual! I asked to speak to the manager (didn't get her name) and she said she couldn't control what she says but all she can do is apologize for her. Are you kidding me? Okay. So me and my fiance go into Dollar Tree to grab some stuff. During shopping my fiance tells me she needs to use the restroom. I went to the store my whole life so I know were the bathroom is. It does have a sign on the door saying "keep out" "employee's only" but I tell her to use the restroom anways. Shortly after a manager name "T.J" come and starts screaming at me and get's very aggressive. I tell him "hey don't talk to me like that, she needed to use the restroom" more animal like behavior from him as he continues to yell and act a fool. Saying "THIS IS MY STORE" Blah Blah Blah. Then he has the nerve to tell me to keep my voice down when clearly he started yelling at me in the first place. Long story short they shouldn't have the restroom in the backroom if they are conserned about shop lifting. Hopefully T.J keeps his job at dollar tree because I don't think he will ever find a job elsewhere with his bitch ass auditude. read more

There was a line, meanwhile 4 girls employees were chatting it up, mind you it looked like management also, they were looking at us and would not jump on register to help customers! They were soo loud that you could here their whole conversation, and one of them said she applied to another job or something like that... I think that before she applies she needs to learn retail 101, don't be loud because everyone eavesdrop hello, customers always come first before gossip, and never talk about job opportunities in front of customers it's awkward for us! read more

This place sucks. I recommend going to Walmart within walking distance from here. It smells like urine as you're waking up and then you walk into the dirtiest dollar tree I've ever been to. Everything was disorganized and disgusting. There was even chew left on top of the shampoo and conditioner shelves. Ew. To top it all off associate John was a complete a-hole to everyone in the line. This whole experience pissed me off so bad to write a review on yelp about dollar tree like come tf on. Seriously? Management should really pay attention to what's going on here and get it together! Will not be back worst place I've been to since I started vacation in California. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. read more

I like this Dollar Tree store much better than others because it has a larger selection and it is much better organized. Their pets section is also better than in other Dollar Tree stores, they have more toys and treats. read more
