There is a portion where there are not a lot of stores but once you get closer to section 4 there are a lot of nice stores. I don't think I have a need to come back here but I did just want to say this mall has potential compared to some that are completely empty but it's so sad they let the outside get so run down. Some highlights were Cinnabon, Burlington, Aeropostale, famous footwear, finish line and Windsor but there's a lot of other stores listed. A lot of them are outlet stores as well. This mall is also connected to a Walmart and a Marshall's home goods which are accessible with their own entrances.

The cashier I had today noticed my bananas were soft and she told me so I put them back. Other store and cashiers would've just had me walk out with soft bananas! Just difficult in dealing with people who should be more professional in a service industry. We were charged an additional 150$ on the install for not having the right tip and having to go to the store to get it...We feel it's something that they should have put on themselves. Instead, we were told that our house could have blown up had he not checked, huh???!! Wouldn't a professional installer check their work properly to make sure that doesn't happen??? I have used Plumbarama in the past for my plumbing but had no idea until i passed by their showroom that they sell and install fireplaces, too. I have had a fireplace since i moved into my home about 17 years ago that i never used because it was just wood burning. I had some decorative candles in there, which i never lit either. I really wished i had a way of enjoying my fireplace and actually get heat from it as well. I stopped in the showroom and to my surprise, i was greeted and able to discuss my options with a knowledgeable woman who explained that there are easy ways to make this happen. I picked out a gas log set that i liked and the plumber came out and ran my gas line right into the fireplace. Now I have a beautiful gas log set that i really enjoy and is super easy with a remote. Love it.

A staffer looked directly at me and said nothing, making it seem she was either too good or I was unimportant. It was likely apparent that I was unfamiliar with the store, but it didn't seem to matter. Like all Big Lots, they have some good products, and they specialise in bringing international food items, and they should be commended for that. Unfortunately, they have to care to win the crowds.
