This store just like all the others are messy. Especially in the shoe department. Some cute ones but none were my size. It's like someone tries them on, walks in them to see if they're comfortable, takes them off and puts them in the wrong section. I was in the size 7 section and found size 10 stuffed in there. This store is great if you're looking for bargains on named brand things but you really do need the time to look through everything. When I say time, I mean several hours at least. Check out takes forever and the employees there are not very friendly. I can tell by the look on their faces that they dread working there. I started to feel like my checking out in their lane was ruining their day. I don't like that.

Either way, they said they updated it and it would be delivered on the correct date. On the day it was to be delivered, around 5:15pm EST - just 45 minutes before they close - I called my friends Husband to see if it had been delivered. He said no, not yet. I called the store to check on the order and again got the same annoyed attitude. I listened to two women arguing back and forth about the date of the delivery for my order - it sounded like they never updated it. When someone came back on they said "It'll be going out soon". I am not sure exactly what time it was delivered, but I know that what I ordered an the photo my friend sent me were two completely different bouquets. What was delivered looks like it was thrown together in a matter of 15 minutes. There were big orange Daisies (daisies were not in the photo and what I ordered was all very light colored pink or white flowers),there were NO orchids and they also added carnations and a TON of baby's breath and other "filler" greeneries. My friend and I both despise baby's breath. It looked extremely cheap and the bouquet I ordered was even upgraded to "deluxe" size and cost me $65. What was delivered was at best worth $30. I am highly disappointed as I make it a point to use local flower shops instead of online vendors like 1-800-Flowers. This was a big loss on my part and I will not use Willow & Birch again.

It also had the usual convenience store items and other food that you would expect from a 7-Eleven. All in all, this was a decent enough stop for gas.

I actually found a pack of Puma socks that I have search NUMEROUS Marshalls/TJMAXX stores across different states. That was awesome! There were like 5 or 6 registers open which was great! Within 15 minutes after that (7:30) the loud speaker stated that the store would be closing in 30 minutes please gather your purchases and make your way to the register in both English and Spanish. Then in 15 minutes again (7:45) in Spanish and English the loud speaker stated again. The. In ten minutes the loud speaker again. Then in five minutes the store is closed. So that was at 7:15, 7:30, 7:45, 7:55 and then at 8:00. The entire time we were shopping we were being kicked out. Horrible experience. Just close the store at 7:00pm and save me the headache of Dominga here to be annoyed. Meanwhile.... Ross is open until 11pm.

Someone explain to me why this specific location has security for the entrance?! It's not like Ross…read morewhere there's security at the door and they watch both guests coming and going. Here they have like a holding area when you walk into the door and in order to enter past it you have to wait for the security guard to open the pen and let you in. This feels strange and over bearing. I've been to plenty of other Burlington locations in the Orlando market where they don't do this.
