The service is quite limited as there are only a few checkout lanes so expect to wait a bit. Checkout is easy and they take credit card. Parking in the large and free parking lot was easy to get, and I'm extremely sure parking is always available. This Five Below is located in Perimeter Pointe shopping mall. When I first saw "Five Below," I thought it was a store that sold cold weather gear, but my assumption was way off. Five Below sells most of it's stocked items for $5 or less, although I saw some items priced at $12 when I walked through the store today. Most of the items in the store, strategically placed in the front half of the store, are targeted to kids. I couldn't believe the variety of candy in the Sugar Rush area, and so much of it were brand name and popular candies. Another large area has clothing, accessories, and a lot of other things for girls, from elementary school through high school ages. In the back is the electronics department, where customers can find some practical to very cool products, including electronic cables, bluetooth speakers, gaming accessories, phone cases, and much more, all at cheap prices. I can't vouch for the quality of these products, because I didn't buy anything, but I suppose, at these prices, if they last at least 6 months, that's a great purchase. As I was leaving the store, one of the employees at the front of the store called out to me, "Have a great evening, sir!" This impressed me, because I don't hear employees say that to their customers often enough. If I had young kids, I would definitely consider shopping here to save money.

Some of the clothing and home goods looked kind of ratty but there were some good rather new items too. They do have 50% colored tags for the week so the item might be even cheaper! The home goods section also arranged items by colors which I thought was very fun. I don't see that in a lot of thrift stores. A loveseat couch was like $25 or $35 which was pretty crazy! I also picked up a Frye carrying case for $3 and it was new with tags!

Although that situation has improved, the prices have become unreasonable over the past year. For example, I recently saw a basic Walmart plate priced at $12.99. My visit today was also frustrating. The store has two floors, but the registers are located only on the second floor. Shopping carts from downstairs cannot be taken into the elevator to pay, while the carts upstairs cannot be taken downstairs or out of the store. This setup is extremely inconvenient and does not feel customer-friendly. Unfortunately, the high prices and lack of consideration for customers have made shopping here unpleasant. I ask if they could order me a new one instead of accepting the one on the showroom floor. She said she would check on it or that she could offer me 20% off. I ask her to check on the new one and let me know. No one called me back, so I called them back a few days later and they told me they cannot order a new one. So I went today take a closer look. Two different clerks were working and told me they would only take 10% not the 20% the other clerk offered to me. So I ask for a refund. One of the clerks issued my refund and did say, "I'm, sorry" and she wished me luck in finding something else. The other clerk stood at the counter and said clearly under her breath, "there is nothing to be sorry about." Well.... I sorry for your loss and any future sales to me, I liked your merchandise. But refuse to be treated rudely. It's such a nice store to have such an unpleasant clerk and so unprofessional of her.

This store within a store is sectioned off on the higher platform as you ascend the stairs so there's a clear boundary of what merchandise to pay where. Would I come here again? Yes but double check the quality of whatever you're buying to make sure there's no obvious defects. I do like the grocery store though.
