No prices on much of the merchandise!!! There once was s…read moremanager at Kmart across the street. I sometimes went in to Kmart and there were NEVER any prices on anything. I complained to the manager and he told me prices change too often and he had a hard time getting people to change prices on his merchandise. He gave me a gift card and I spoke to him multiple times about my dislike of shopping in a store with no prices on merchandise. Fast forward. He lands a job at this Big Lots. And guess what happens there now? Much of the merchandise is unpriced. No price on the shelf or the items. Drives me crazy. I picked up a half a dozen items from different departments yesterday to find no price! So, if you don't mind shopping that way go for it. I am on a budget and need to know how much things are. update Big lots is asking me to send them a private message! There's no way to do a private message on this forum. This is a public review forum. And the only things I need to do to make me happy as a customer is price their products. Parked, was greeted by a pleasant cashier, grabbed a basket and started shopping. We first looked around the store first for anything we needed. Store was mostly clean and organized. We did look at a few things, and finally got to the card section. They only had a few cards, hardly any anniversary or uncle birthday cards, and they seemed out of some of them as well, making the selection a bit scarce. But I did find a suitable card for my needs. We then paid up front with the pleasant cashier. My total was 4.32 and i paid in exact cash. Will be back for our card needs!
