I visited the store early August and was immediately hit with the lack of relief from the humidity outside while walking inside, it was just as hot, with absolutely no sign of air-conditioning and no fresh air - just really stagnant thick air ,feeling like I was in a warehouse with no power on, for sure.. I didn't find the store to be very organized. I have visited a few different Ollies and this one feels the least organized with a lot of randomness and slight organization, coupling like items in the same aisles, but no real sense of direction. No guidance via signage and if you haven't been there, you're kind of just walking around surprising yourself at what you might find. On top of the heat/thick air, I also found it very uncomfortable when I had to use the restroom. I was immediately hit with not a good smell and the facility itself didn't feel as clean and up-to-date as I would expect in 2026. There are some good deals there but nothing worth going out the way for in after I did just that today lol It didn't feel worth it for the trade off of buying things at. "Bargain" . Nothing was that great of a deal and I'd rather have paid a little more for more options and a better more comfortable experience. I am Not sure what's going on but it was obvious that the store is on the way out. The customer service in this particular Bloomingdale's Outlet is suffering tremendously and the higher ups really need to figure out what's wrong, i.e., are they perhaps beating the staff during breaks? When you go into the Bloomingdale's Outlets in Sawgrass Mills, Jersey Mills and my very favorite Philadelphia location, the associates are wonderful and helpful. Then you go to the dark side (located in Wrentham Premium Outlet Mall) and you want to give up shopping altogether and go take Psychology classes in how to make the world a better place, starting with the Bloomingdales's Outlet located in Wrentham, Massachusetts. Yeah! Save yourself the trauma of exposure to such an unhappy team, go visit Jimmy Choo or Armani instead, Truitt in Jimmy Choo will take good care of you and the staff in Armani is outstanding. Stumbled across World Market while I was exploring Shoppers World. I never heard of this place up…read moreuntil that second. What a hidden gem! They have so many things from snacks & drinks to décor. The variety of their snacks is  top tier! There are foods and condiments from all over the world! My mom and I have been looking for a certain type of ginger snap cookies for weeks.  I found the Swedish ones and they are out of this world. They are thin, light and crispy. I also purchased the travel size Tajin bottles. I will be back to get more things!

Because of the long line with no teenager in sight with a sense of urgency, I went to the front just to ask if they could hold my items for me to purchase the following day as I couldn't wait any longer. Having the store credit card at any TJ Maxx or Marshalls location never seems to do anything for you to incentivize them to actually care or do anything. Will be losing my business.

Obviously the adorable sweater will sell quickly, but when it is prominently displayed and the last one available is the one on the display/mannequin, prepare for the reality of it not being the size you are looking for.
