This store in particular sticks out from the rest because of it's shelf space. Now there are a fee that have gone to that have great shelf space and because of that minor detail are one of my favorite locations. It literally just depends on the area that I am in. And for those of you that don't know the importance of "shelf space". The more shelf space the more stuff they can stock. If you are a frequent shopper of the Dollar Tree franchise, you would know first hand that they all don't carry the exact same items. Needless to say, I bout a bunch of junk that I probably didn't need at the moment but wanted and became useful down the line. Other than that, it is your typical Dollar Tree. A little more organized in a sense. The had rows and rows of items and unlike other locations had enough cashiers to keep the lines moving. Would definitely come again when I am in the area. This shopping plaza in general is great.

In this day and age, good manners can be hard to come by, so I was extremely impressed with the employees. In particular, Sophie and Claudia stood out. Unfortunately, one of the balloons slipped from my hand and floated straight up to the ceiling. Without hesitation, these two young ladies insisted on getting a ladder to retrieve it and they were successful! They truly went above and beyond. Not only were they incredibly helpful, but they were also pleasant and genuinely interested, even asking about the celebration. I hope their manager reads this. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. Sophie and Claudia clearly take pride in what they do.

When I laughed and said we were all together, she replied super annoyed "well, how am i suppose to know that?!". I responded "by not being RUDE and asking if were together or not, pretty basic". But this Marshalls in particular the line was extremely long for a Thursday evening. It was almost as long as it was during Christmas time, except it wasn't Christmas. There were only three registers open and no one found that of importance to open more registers so that's why I'm giving this review two stars because I feel like the service could've been better. I had never heard of Macy's Backsage and the girl that rang up my purchase said "Macy's Backstage, it's an "off-price" (aka discount) concept that sells clothes, housewares, shoes, cosmetics, and other goods at discount prices." Being that Macy's at the Fall's Mall always looks like it's two clicks from going out of business, it seems they are doing the right thing in trying to find or redefine themselves in the South Miami are. I LOVE Home Goods! The assortment at this location is wonderful - with everything you need to make…read moreyour house into a home. The best part, there is poor reception in this particular location so you are distraction free as you peruse the aisles for your next decor find. This location has furniture, and there is always a good mix. If you purchase something large, they have a friendly carry out team that can help you load your car - and I realized they offer delivery, too! I always visit this spot for their really good selection of home decor and kitchen essentials but as I go to pay I am always reminded of their phenomenal beauty section, too! Where else can you shop and get pillows, throws and a killer vitamin c serum, too. They've also got clothes and shoes, too. Now I will say - the line here is always CRAZY...BUT thankfully these folks have filled it with wonderful knick knacks as you check out to keep yourself distracted. I only hope you have better will power than me, because inevitably as I wait there about $30 more of items get thrown into my cart. You never find exactly what you're looking for - ie I went in for a desk yesterday and left with tons of other things EXECPT a desk. BUT what you need will always find you. My next piece of advice- when you find something you really like - buy it. You never know if it will be back when you return.
