It's like the dollar stores but with a better selection of merchandise to choose from. I checked out at the kiosk and there was a store clerk at the front of the store. One of the things I like about this location is how organized it is. Whatever you're looking for it's exactly where it needs to be. No confusion or clutter on the floor. Great prices & you down always score a good discount on party decorations, candy, gift and so much more. The customer service is great. They do have associates on the floor should you have any questions. The pre-teen, and younger kids love this store because they have Disney character trinkets & practical things for them to buy. Truly love this location and will be back soon!

Highly suggest you pack a little patience when visiting. Pro-Tip: use your wit. Don't Be fooled by the color of the price tag and automatically assume it's the best price. If you think the item may be cheaper elsewhere it's an easy Google search to verify you're getting the best deal possible.

A new location opened March 2nd. I'll give it some slack for that reason. After visiting Sprouts in…read morethe same plaza a few days earlier; I wasn't surprised how small the store was. The most annoying thing ever about their grand opening was the loud music playing outside in the parking lot. They had a guy on the side walk near the front entrance blasting music . They were also giving away popcorn and and there were high school cheerleaders. They weren't performing when I arrived. Therefore I'm not sure if they were there for the opening celebration. The second thing I noticed is the lack of furniture selection. The Marshall's in Kennesaw has beautiful furniture . There were people everywhere grabbing things as if it were a going out of business sale. Perhaps some people were happy for a Marshall's in the area. It looked like a rummage sale. Everything was in a disarray. I don't like shopping this way. Thankfully I didn't come to shop. I'm an observer first. Overall I wasn't impressed to say the least. As you may be aware Marshall's is the place where items get a second chance at selling. They buy their overstock from manufacturers at a discount. This means you pay less than what the large clothing retailers would sell it for . With this being said, the items aren't plentiful from the start. This location has limited selection than the norm, because the store is very small. It's a cramped shopping plaza with too many shops in the parking lot for it's size lot. I foresee it being one of my least places to shop. Once everything calms down and the hype is over. It will be ok for the residents near by.

I stumbled upon pOpshelf while visiting Bath & Body Works next door and figured I'd check it out…read moreafter passing it a few times before. I didn't really know what to expect but once I walked in, it looked like a Five Below-ish vibe but more mature. The big difference? The prices. There were some really good deals and some items that were a bittt overpriced, not crazy good deals on that end. But there were some particular items that really stood out pricewise and in terms of trend and quality. When I first walked in my eyes immediately went to the pens that were color-coded - so cute! It wasn't even the pens, but the bright way they were displayed and it didn't hurt that they were so many varieties and some classics in there like Pilot pens and gel pens. The clothes they had were so adorable but I wish they were cheaper to make me feel good about spending on more stuff I don't need, lol. Their "Go Sports" pieces were sooo me. They also had a bunch of holiday items up, party goods, cleaning items, so many things that I didn't expect. Cute store!

Interior / Exterior They're located in the parking lot with Target, so finding a convenient parking space can be a bit of a challenge. I went early, so the store was super clean and organized. My neighbors mentioned that it can get disorganized later in the day. Price / Value Everything seems to be mid to excellent quality, priced affordably. Customer Service The cashier was preoccupied with her phone - before, during and after the checkout process - but that seems to be the standard nowadays. Lol. Overall Overall, I like this store. I was told that it was a subsidiary of Bed, Bath & Beyond but based on my general Google reading, I think they're owned by Dollar General. Too lazy to research it though. The only thing I don't love is that every time I find something cute on the website, it's not available for pick-up at this location (or the Powder Springs, Kennesaw and Acworth locations). And shipping isn't available either. I've missed out on a great cast iron pan and some beautiful dinner plates because I didn't have time to drive over an hour to another location.

On 13 rd September I opened the frist bag rinsed shrimps so many times and cooked them,I ate shrimps and there were a lot of sands in my mouth. At that night, my skin felt very itchy.I took another bag of shimp went to Marietta restaurant depot to return it two times,But even though I showed there are a lot of sands all over the shrimps in front of the cashier in the store, the manager still rudely refused return it because it is over three days return times frame. Eating shimps with sands is not healthy and would cause many diseases. Store should be responsible for the quality problem of the sold product ,cannot use store return time frame to avoid responsibility . There ain't no shame in that Big Lots shopping game!…read more This Big Lots sits in the King Springs Shopping Center directly on South Cobb Drive near the Ford Dealerships. Given its location in the shopping center, parking is never an issue. The condition of their stores, including this location could definitely be better. I do not think they have invested any capital in this store in years. From the floors to the ceilings and all the way to the registers and carts...it's all in need of a good refresh/update! If you can get past the appearance you can really find some good deals at Big Lots. They have a decent grocery section that I use for snacks mostly. They also have a great kitchen/housewares section where I have scooped up several sets of silverware and cups from over the years. During the holidays I also swing in here as they always have a solid holiday section with a lot of items from small to large! In addition to everything above, they surprisingly have a good furniture section. I am not too ashamed to admit that in my younger days I got a couch and a bed from Big Lots. The couch has since moved on, but the bed still sits in our guestroom right now! Overall, I have been coming to Big Lots for random and particular things throughout the years...and I don't see that changing anytime soon!
