We asked one of the clerks about the bench we weren't done shopping but didn't have a way to carry the bench around with us, so the clerk told us she would put it at the front of the store and had us pull the tag to keep with us until we checked out. When we were finally done shopping we started checking out and the Cashier told us that tag didn't belong to that piece of furniture and Had to talk to her manager, after talking to her manager she basically accused us of pulling it from another piece of furniture and that we had to pay the actual price for the furniture. Even though the Clerk that helped us in the first place told them she helped us with it. NEEDLESS TO SAY We will never shop at Any of these stores in the future.

Be it Mother's Day, Christmas, Easter, or some other mom/grandma-approved holiday, you would be sure to find me here picking up a Hallmark* card along with stocking stuffers, fancy card stock and pens, chocolates, truffles, confections, perfumes, scarves, and more. This was more than a card shop: it was a one-stop shop for every mom, aunt, grandma, teacher, in your life. If you couldn't find it here, you couldn't find it. And you could find it for a reasonable price. Despite the location, you wouldn't be beset by Belle Meade prices. I found the service ranged from extremely helpful to polite but never did i feel unwelcome. Most all the employees were nice.** This is the genteel legacy of what Nashville used to be. My wife and I purchased a piece from Value Furniture that was in pretty good shape, but had a couple of blemishes. The sales person assured us that their touch up guy is "the best in the business" and that when they deliver the piece it will be fully touched up and look brand new! However, this promise was certainly not kept. As far as delivery goes, the company first said they would be there on Monday, so my wife and I planned our night around them coming and then they called and canceled. They rescheduled for Tuesday. The next day rolls around and the same thing happens...they call an hour AFTER the scheduled delivery time to say they will not be there until the next day. So now, our third delivery attempt comes around and they FINALLY made it three hours LATER than scheduled. Not only did the piece show up with the exact same blemishes, but apparently it got a couple new ones while in transit. Then, to top it all off, one the the knobs had completely fallen off and the delivery guys had to go find it rolling around in the truck. They handed me the knob and said I "can probably find a way to reattach it by going to Home Depot." I was very impressed with the in-store experience, but have been incredibly disappointed in their follow through and delivery. Highly doubtful that I ever shop here again.
